Andrea Yates was actually quite insane. She had undiagnosed disorders and told her husband they would get worse if she had another child. He wanted another. She got pregnant. She drowned them because she believed she was "saving them". But I agree with previous comments - what does the murder have to do with euthanasia?? And putting "frees from medical costs" is not a valid reason for euthanasia - it's selfish.

All of these behaviors can be symptoms, doctors say, of brain damage. But, he brought all that on himself, and then murdered his son and wife.

What got this euthanasia have to do with some young healthy kids...i understand if there is someone whos deadly ill and wish some help with going to the next step , but this ...no way !! Some parents shouldnt have children ....and some have a wake up call .....there are drugs and alchohol ...and all sort of psykological things . Euthanasia is a very discussed topic.

A patient suffering from a life threatening illness, cancer for example, may want some sort of relief from their pain. My mum died from it 4 years ago, and she was asking us to turn off her life support, because of the pain she was. Some types of cancer ARE curable, and people often recover well.

However, the argument against is the fact due to religious beliefs, God should choose when a person is born, and when they die.

This is just my opinion. :-)

First let me state that I am not for the murder of an innocent. If I had a child who was born with Tay Sakk or a similar birth disease, I wouldn't want my child to live in horrible pain like that. I wouldn't want my baby to die, but being in that much pain is cruel.

It was not proven that Chris Benoit Killed his wife and son. There was never a full investigation and their was evidence that it was set up by someone else. They blamed steroids but he no strides in system at the time.
