  • Car radio that is.

  • It is possible with the iphone 4 and 4s. Now i am not a iphone user. But i sell radios wich can show the iphone screen and play the apps. It is only supported on the iphone 4 and up though.

So if you can display that on a 5 or 6'' screen, why not try it with 50'' ^^

Radio is from panasonic by the way.

  • I do not like this, since these guys give other hardworking and innovative young enterpreneurs from Austria a bad name. Steve Jobs with his "stay foolish" did not mean you should fake people (and then be even proud of that).

    Wolfgang Singer (singerw2@gmail.com)

  • @singerw1 Wow, you are a guy that REALLY understands a bit of fun, right? :-D

  • Great job. Idea is very important. But since you already have conceptualized you should not give up to make it actual product. Its not that tough to get it implemented, although it may take time.

But, marketing wise, you guys has done great job and seems like you have learn a lot and grown from there.

  • 7:58 Telefon ?

  • 

  • lol

  • ok guys cool table but IT IS pretty much available now - due in part from your popularity of the product i'm sure. now you guys should make a replicator - would be nice to be able to buy one before next xmas?? or maybe put your efforts into a transporter? enuf hits and we may be able to buy them soon!

  • good useless job, people got uselessly anxious about it and now you enjoy to talk about this useless shit, uselessly, I would like

...and the idea is totally obsolete, an old fashioned kid's dream

  • why not do this with the iMac

  • it's even worse knowing screen sharing already exists. why would anybody want the content of the iPhone on the table anyway? ANYHOW ... next

  • what? -_- TEDx is losing its edge! you don't need to go to TED to prove that viral marketing...to prove what? this is dumb!

  • What I love is that Microsoft made this product, except better (you don't have to plug the phone in, you just set it on the table and the phone and table start talking; you can set pieces of paper on the table and the table can read them) before there even was an iPad, but all the Apple people are so lost in their own asses they don't even know it exists.

  • @BRKibbeyful Microsoft never marketed that to the mass public, I knew about it before the iPad, but APPLE actually marketed a smaller tablet to the PUBLIC!! then again, the only place a Table-sized touch screen would REALLY be needed would be in a workshop/classroom/business conference area... more business-oriented... it all comes down to how will they use the product?

  • You guys are the Austrian Where's the beef... Where's das beef ya?

  • Sehr sehr geil

  • the success: creating a good fake video but what?

fail: great idea and no way to make it real.

  • great one to blame all those commercialized virals

  • Adsense + millions of views ... so much money ...

This guys are millionaires because of us.

  • @BankaiNoJutsu Dude, watch the Video - they got ~600 (six hundred) Bucks for this whole adventure...

  • @Artaka1987 I doubt that is exactly ...

In Brazil there vlogers (with less views) and they earned much more than that

  • This is funny! its a Viral success!, But now somebody's gonna come along and actually create this thing and make millions off of it.

  • good job anyway :)

  • Well, you see.. It actually isn't possible. Without a Jailbroken device all you could get onto that type of screen is a YouTube video. Even with the Mirroring software from Cydia, the app is quite buggy. It's very do-able, but corporations don't want to have to use Jailbroken iPhones powering a several thousand dollar table.

  • SOOOooo you basically created a fake video and about a product that could have gotten you countless business opportunities and BILLIONS of dollars only to come out empty handed...Well that sucks. I would have at least tried to strike a deal with a company to make this table a reality since all the publicity and demand was there. It would have been a sure hit product. But oh well lottery ticket lost...

  • @SoRealSoReal23 I "so , we've looked at each other once again and said : "let's build this thing!" [...] we've talked to hardware vendors, software companies , and for a moment it really seemed that we've found the perfect partner. BUT, on the contract stage, we found out that we were wrong again." - in my opinion , it's hard to do something when you're "small" and without any resources.

  • This thing could still be a hit if they would actually build it. People love "Apple", people love the iphone ,and they would also love a huge iphone in the living room. And , due to a lot of iphone owners that are contantly buying the latest iphone as it comes out,i don't think money would actually be a problem to buy a table like this one, even though i don't think it would be that cheap.

On the other hand , wait a few years, apple will release it and claim it's their invention!

  • Idiots. It's not funny or cool, they just lied about something that could have been done, but they wouldn't do it.

  • @hWarlock234

    QQ

It IS funny! Did they ever prevent someone else from doing it? Like claiming patents or something? No. It was never their intention to do it.

It just shows how gullible most people are and how little investigation media do before they publish something.

  • Derp! Gotcha! Derp!

  • cool!!!

  • Brilliant lol
