@DrGonzoOBoogie YES, HECK YES!!! The Shining is an absolute MASTERPIECE!!! I also love The Exorcist and Scream! Scream definetely didn't actually SCARE me but it is sooo entertaining!!! The Shining is just....amazing!!!!!

in a way I guess, its a bunch of things. not to mention another one of Kubricks masterpieces. But I allways thought of it as being a horror movie, since King wrote the original story and its just a scary ass fucking movie. Oh and thanks for watching man

I personally think Dawn of the Dead was really bad and corny. It wasn't scary at all, it was filmed badly, it was just so bad in general. Plus, the zombies thing wasn't working too much for the movie, because of how fake everything looked, and it wasn't even good for it's time.
However, I think The Shining was absolutely the scariest movie. I'm a real horror fan, and I thought nothing could scare me besides Halloween, this was an epic win for scary. Even for it's time. It's a legend.
