Well he did actually try to miss it, if you look at 1:28 or 1:29 he asks Tubby if he should miss it and I'm pretty sure Tubby told him too. If you'll look that last shot had more arch on it than the frist two.

Lost our tradition? You're an idiot. We had a rebuilding year and still went to the tournament despite all of the injuries. You guys were just in the NIT two years ago.

As for you making the final four in 2005. Kentucky lost in double OT to a better opponent in the elite 8. Also,you can't judge us on our first season with a new coach while Pitino has been there for several years. That is like me saying UofL football is dead because Kragthorpe sucked this year.

@greatjellybean when has UK ever won a BCS bowl? that's right. and you can't say annything about beating us 4 years in a row, cause we did that too right before you did. plus we had a horseshit coach who would've probably lost to kentucky high school teams. UL has without doubt the more dominant athletic program.

UK fans should stop pissing and moaning about Tubby: it worked out best for everyone in the end. Tubby got his championship from a team that Pition recruited anyway; Tubby wasn't all that. Besides, in Gillespie you get a coach who beat the one true Bluegrass squad, the University of Louisville, in Rupp Arena. Put a sock in it and extend the Keeneland meet, dear friends in Lexington.

could care less bout pitino, fact is when tubby took over we had just been to 3 final fours in 5 years back to back championship games and ten loss seasons didn't exist!!!

since then we r in the longest drought between final fours, ten loss seasons r normal, and struggle to stay in the top 25.
