it is called the revolving door that is Kenyan politics. You get posted to a ministry, gangrape all the resources and after screwing up big time you are transferrer to KWS, out of the limelight. After the storm calms down, the president reappoints back to the cabinet. where is Kiraitu? Mwiraria? this is more than just a joke. It is an insult on the Kenyan people. They might be innocent, but then where did all the billions in the anlgo Leasing scam go and who was behind it?
