They have differend kind of voices. All the Glee members are awesome performers.. Lea basically is a theatre actress, and sadly not everyone can appreciate this kind of talent. For me, Lea Michele is the best.

That's why they call it a musical/ comedy/ drama show sometimes they have their own songs, sometimes they don't. They are hired to sing and act, get over yourself. They do have original songs on Glee, so stop being hateful. While the original song is still there, go listen to that, instead of complaining over a song they just covered from the original.

Oh please! she's not carrying the whole tune by herself. The backup singers are doing almost half the singing. This song was always meant to be a solo number. With as few instruments as possible. Usually just a piano and horn. This version just doesn't have any soul to it. Too shrill and chopped up. Sugarized.
