Best buy fucking sucks, my friend bought an ipod and the screen was already cracked when he opened it, and he took it back to return it and they said that he probably cause the damage. Best buy's return policy sucks balls. Fuck best buy.
There's probably a few exceptions out there, but I don't think mose BB employees really know that much about electronics. Just how to sell the average consumer some overpriced retail crap, especially High Markup items like cables & accesories!

Ya I work at a Future Shop its the same environment there lol. We are the canadian version of Best Buy and we also have Best Buys up here.
