it makes sense to rotate breaks between cues! the guy must be knackered after 100 breaks! Hmmm, not a particularly great experiment. Of Course, the tip size,etc., is bound to make a difference.
I don't think there is a correct weight of cue to use for the break,i'd say use what your comfortable using.As for the ''experiment'' in the vid,it can be easily torn to shreds for a start he would't have put the same amount of power into 10 break offs never mind 200 then after stating he would be using the stun break (no side backspin etc) he clearly screwed 1 back.1 thing i'd say is place the cue ball in a straight line to the nearest object ball this for me is a safer option vs the angled
A lighter break cue means you can hit it harder just like you can swing a bat or golf club faster if its light! And after 100 breaks you will be a little tired, the next 100 will not be 100%.
