  • I was 1 years old when this commercail came on I was born on october 26 1991 I am 20 now

  • very sad for this car not launched market in Thailand, The Big Belly Guy's symbol, John Goodman drive it in One Night At McCool's

  • I noticed how the ad shows an Infiniti Q45 for advanced engineering, but the CV "has the most advanced engine in its class". I guess it does compared to a Chevy Caprice, but not to an all-aluminum VVT DOHC 32-valve V8 from Japan.

I'd still like a fat Panther to drive home though.

  • i had a 97, some years ago. i want another one, these were great cars!!!

  • I have had 2 92 LXs. It was the first car I bought for myself in 2002. I always thought I wanted A 94-96 Imp SS but they were way too expensive still back then. I also wanted A Z28 or Mustang GT...this was the best thing I could come up with I got it for $1800 with 81k miles. It also had the cheapest insurance of just about any V8 I could afford.I have had A 96 CV P71,99 Merc LS,05 CV LX and A 01 Merc GS.Great beaters killed most of 'em! Now I Got A 2010 'stang GT. I am A life long Ford Guy!!

  • YAY TWO AIRBAGS AND A 20ft HOOD!

  • I miss mine.with 2 tv screens and 18 inch chrome rims.also had two mtx audio thunder 9500 in the trunk.now all thats left are the subs and the amp which are now going to be installed on my grand marquis

  • We went to Sandusky OH in a 2010 Grand Marquis... let's just say, it got us up and back in good comfort.

Why was I going up there? I love roller coasters (:

  • Holy crap I was in Ohio earlier today!

  • @cntowerguy12

They didn't start using these as police cars until around '95 - '97

  • @TheSuperBored1

They have used Crown Vics since the 80's for policecars, look at the older movies

  • Its essentially a truck with a car body, advanced my arse

  • @sutherlandA1 In 1992 it was advanced, truck with car body my arse

  • @whattheheck1000

haha, yes chassis from truck, good why not?

  • My great grandmother has one of these but in blue-ish gray and its the lx trim with the digital odometers and speedometer, it kicks ass

  • sorry didnt mean to post so many times its hard to tell if it posted or not

  • i like the '92 only front end with the grille-less fascia. kinda looks like a t-bird of the same year

  • @carguysn Me too, Inever understood why they dumped that for the traditional grille in 83 the very next year

  • @bigcrowfly Thats because these cars lose their value quickly due to the fact that the design is obsolete (30+years). In other words people want something fresh but I would buy another one in a heart beat. They are roomy and get decent MPG.

  • @1995bisquick Never understood obsolete for a car...are road and driving today more advance then 30 years ago

  • @KR850 I mean from a technology standpoing.

  • @KR850 This car design isn't even 30 years old as of 2010, more like 18 or 19 years old. (1992+)

  • @whattheheck1000 Wan't talking about the this car per said, just saiding roads havnt changed...so a car soild car then is a soild car today.

  • @bigcrowfly the price actually went up to $25k at the time it was sold in 2007, due to inflation of course. The car had the same chassis AND engine for 20 years, so a change in price wouldnt make sense. Thats the beauty of this car, so many people know how to work on it :]
