In my experience, hypnotic effects have to be VERY heavily set to last more than a few hours. If you're busy though, you still might want to stick to the others for now.

ive tried a bunch of these hypnosis videos but the only one that works for me is "A self hypnosis video" by MindriseHypnosis. Its a different type of hypnosis becuz it makes you relax and its got a voice so its kinda easier. There arent any words on the screen so it doesnt get in the way of the image. Other voice hypnosis vids have came close but that is the only one that really worked as great as it possibly can. U need to try it
