Several ways. You can take it to most photo shops across the country. Or you can do it yourself. Set up an old projector, shine it on a smooth white cardboard with a 5x7" image, set your camcorder off Auto Shutter and on to 1/60th to eliminate flicker and roll tape! I dub in the music on the tape.
I had a "matte box" (looks like a bellows shade)on front of camera lens. I cut a piece of black cardboard and put on left while I filmed right side. Rewind film. Reshoot with board on right. Shoot left side. Thanks!

For my age group, everything is digital. It's not hard to do asplit screen today. But how did you do it back in the 60's???
