do most of u know what cap and trade is ?? it isn't a tax program.. it is a program where corporations buy and sell tax credits amongst each other.. u don't pay a tax.. it is aimed at corporations that pollute the environment.. it is a program REPUBLICANS designed and now corporate sellouts are pushing .. it allows polluters to buy a carbon ( pollution ) credits from companies that don't pollute so it looks like they don't pollute either..it doesn't do anything to reduce carbon emissions

However, the ice core records show that temperature changes always occurred before CO2 changes.
