Tony, your video is great. Changed my bulb thanks to you in about 10 minutes. The tip on how to press the rubber boot on really worked well. Couple of tips - I turned my handlebars to the right instead of the left and it opened up the whole inside easily. I could put my hand in with no problem and could see really well with a flashlight. Also you can use latex gloves if your'e afraid of touching the bulb itself. It's the oil in our hands that causes the bulbs to fail (supposedly).

Sorry, no. I'm not that knowledgable about the mechanical parts. I haven't done any major engine work like that. I do have the Kawasaki service manual, and the Hayne's manual. I could scan and send you diagrams and instructions.

Great videos, im trying to remove the carburetors, but seems to tricky. Do you know an easy way??

I meant I have the Clymer's manual. Not Haynes.
