I got a Fishbone tattoo in 1989 and just realized that was over 20 years ago. Wow, I swore when I was a teenager that I would never stop listening to Fishbone. It's amazing but I still haven't. Rock on!
They are still better than 99 percent of live bands out there... that qualifies as amazing to me.
Are they as good as they were with the original lineup? No.. but I've seen them three times.. most recently November of 2007 and they still blew me away.
I will say they are a lot more reserved here than when I saw them last.
but it's one song... and they still sound good, even if not as energetic as normal.
