  • so, 3 teaspoon = 1 tablespoon ?

  • The answer is 15,you dumby!!!:D

  • 2 x 5 would equal..... (O_O)

  • can you imagine how much easier it would be if you dumb yankees just switched to the metric system?!

  • Am I missing something? A spoon is an Imperial unit of measurement?

  • i don't remember learning this... maybe because I didn't take any of those cooking class!

  • I think you meant to say "any of those cooking "classes". Not "any of those cooking "class." Class is plural , ( more than one ) , when you are phrasing it as more than one in a sentence. I hope this isn't the reason why you call yourself "dadumbazz".

  • @robbrichter2010 you got a life? Seriously insulting people about how they write their comment for a youtube video. Ever considered that people could not have english as their first langage either. XD

It's dumbazz, because it's a good way to find the retards around. ^^

  • Everything's a fight in this world today. Nobody can say what's on their mind. Freedom of speech is no more. Your opinion seems to be the only one that counts if you're conflicting with mine. Nobody can be honest without getting caught in a fight or a drive by shooting or just be brutally honest. You are a test to my theory that Honesty Is Not The Best Policy & we'll just leave it at that. I was just trying to let you know that there was a misspelling on your part & you break ass on me. What-Ev

  • @robbrichter2010 It's not about fighting back. It's about how stupid one could be to try to correct someone on youtube and try to insult this person in the end of his/her comment.

  • @robbrichter2010 By the way, you also had mistakes in your own comment, and it's not about freedom of speech or honesty. I didn't say you don't have the right to write, but that how you write it is downright condescendant and this isn't also a place for writing skills since it's comments that will usually disappear in the massive ammount of comments there is which no one will ever read back.

  • @robbrichter2010 'Test of my theory' who are you kidding? It's not your theory and you cleary were just trying to it cleary isn't a good place to test it.

  • @dadumbazz They should have at least taught this to you in math class. I know we learned this in math class. It was mandatory, at least in my state.

  • @Sallyallie89 It's not metric. Probably something they've got over within 5 seconds and was not in the exams either.

  • does anyone knw what hapened aftr this? did alana 'save' him?

  • Wow....are these people retarded?

  • that was the easiest question ever hahahahahahahaha

  • This is so staged. I mean a college graduate with a GPA of 3.3 doesn't know 5x2?

  • yo i dont know how many tea spoons r in 1 table spoons, shit, thats useless shit to learn

  • If you cook it is useful.

  • i dont like Jacob!...i mean among the videos i watched he like acts hes the smartest. =?/

  • That's why this is so funny. The people aren't stupid (except for that one blonde) and they get asked questions of things they learned years ago...

  • has anyone thought about how barbaric it sounds to use utensils as a measurement unit?litres and millilitres sound much better :/

  • 15 is the right answer Larry.

  • right

  • No, that sounds really smart to me.

  • This isn't a question of math, anyone can get 5*3, you just have to know the conversion.

  • I've got a gcse in tablespoons, and even i had trouble with this.

  • they should put that stupid fucking foxworthy on the show one time and check out his performance...

  • this is not a 5th grader question. Im in high school, im good in math but i dont even know this

  • u dont have to get all angry because i dont know the answer to that question and u do. ive never been good at measurements

  • This isn't a math question.

This is testing if you know how many teaspoons are in a tablespoons.

I could have a degree in maths but if I don't know that conversion I simply couldn't answer it.

It's not common knowledge in the UK anyway, hardly anyone knows the conversion from table to teaspoons.

  • the american host of this program looks like such a peado. ant and dec are much better.

  • haha the little girl gives him this look like she's thinking he's a stupid idiot!

    duh the answer is 15

  • I don't think he had a problem figuring out 2 x 5 but he probably wanted to make sure it wasn't the other way around... 5 / 2

  • That's what I thought, too. It wasn't that he didn't know 2×5, but he was double-checking himself.

  • lol anyone who didnt understand, he was joking about the 2x10...

  • i have never in my life learned about teaspoons going into table spoons and im in grade 7...wth is this

  • neither have i, and i took foods in high school

  • we don't learn this kind of measuring in schools around here... that is for cooks!

  • he was in the honor society?

  • and you say you're good at math?

    ROFLOL!!!

  • Alana is cute!

  • 500th comment!!!

  • nervous problems

  • I didnt even know there was such a measuerement as 'teaspoon'.

  • Dumb fucking american. it takes you that long. I watch this show to see stupid people like this.

  • i just want to make sure that you are insulting him because he took so long to do 2x5=10 because who came up with 3 teaspoons in one table spoon i thought it was that but i didnt know it was that exact number, i guess it is important if you cook!!!

  • They put stupid people on shows like these to get good ratings. Not all Americans are dumb.

  • i said ten too hahaha

  • 1 tablespoon is 3 times biger than the teaspoon.( in U.S.)

    So 5 tablespoons * 3 is 15 teaspoons.

  • man!, i am a workaholic office worker and only have 1 size spoons in my office, I would be humilliated in this show because i work for an office related to scientific weights, measurements and standards, ROFL

  • Out of my own guess, I thought a tablespoon contained two teaspoons. Damn, I would have gotten it wrong there. ;)

  • man i didnt know that answer...yet all the little kids do, i think this show is a setup most of the time. seriously.EVERYBODY knows 5 times 2

  • in england we have ar you smarter than a ten year old.but that just proves were smarter.who in this earth isnt smarter than 5th grader

  • It's funny because you don't seem to be too smart. Your grammer is horrible, and sorry to say this but 5th graders have better grammer. I know kids that aren't even in school yet and they have better grammer then you. Smart people know that in every part of the world there are stupid people and they don't brag about it using horrible grammer.

  • Ummm....I find it funny when a stupid person tries to tell another stupid person that they're stupid. "Grammer"? What is "grammer"? I think the correct spelling is GRAMMAR.....and it wasn't just a typo on your part, you did it 3 times! Maybe you should get off your high horse.

  • Are you from England too? Anyways I didn't say that I was smart. I know I'm terrible at everthing I do but saying that a hole Country is stupid is closed minded. By the I don't go around trying to make enemys. The fact that I do things about stuff I don't like instead of keeping quiet about it gives me power. The power to stick up for what I believe. We can a argee to disargee if thats fine with you.

  • I'm not from England--born in Colorado, USA, and the USA is where I received my education.

"Agree to disagree"?? What's there to disagree about? Like you, I don't try to make "enemys" (enemies) either. Sometimes I just feel the need to bust somebody's balls when they have it coming. You happened to be the target. Keep doing whatever it takes to give yourself "power". Good luck with that.

  • hole??? as in "there is a hole on the ground"?? hahahahah

closed minded?? isn't it close minded? enemys?? Dude, you gotta learn English...

  • It's "grammar" not "grammer"

    Fool.

  • Look the girl in :29, she really nice, beautiful girl actually :D.

  • Well this isnt his fault the man does not cook you can't know the answer to this question if you don't cook. Hell even I didn't know the answer and I do cook

  • now i live in america.....

and i have to admit that some of my friends are not RLY genius smart.....

but i'm sure we all know what 5 times 2 is....right? right?!

  • camo lamborghini buh buye :)) redneck mo fo

  • i think that was kinda tuff

  • this man is the true evidence that all americans are stupid...Ohh, not stupid, but very stupid.

  • a lot of people don't know how many teaspoons there are in a tablespoon.

but only an idiot can't multiply 2*5

  • this show is so fake, how can u not know wat 5*2 is?

  • 5*3 you mean?

  • Welcome to the world of random retarded questions! I took the time to try to fill a tablespoon with water using teaspoons and behold it's actually less than 2 i'd say 1.60 to 1.70.Also I have 3 different sizes of tablespoons and the difference is obvious. Did the thought ever cross their mind that different companies make different sizes of spoons?

  • Online Dictionary:

"tsp. A household cooking measure equal to 1/3 tablespoon (about 5 milliliters)."

  • no one would really know that unless they accually READ teh mesurments, i don't think that was even taught K-5

  • Well, what makes him a complete idiot isn't that he didn't know how many teaspoons were in a tablespoon, it's that it took him more than ten seconds (literally!) to multiply two and five. Also, he had trouble on his first question determining how many e's are in "of".

  • why would a 5th grader learn that in the school?...

  • lol who knows that?

  • what is a teaspoons?

  • IDIOT

  • dude im a sophmore in high school and i'm just 14.. go to an american school but had no idea that 3 teaspoons fit into a table spoon.. its just not something i remember learning

  • for U :P

  • shit, I didn't know this. If you're in the USA, and you don't cook, you can't be expected to answer this.

  • METRIC IS THE BEST, 100cm = 1 meter, no vary :D

  • @pfuf67 Fuck imperial. Join the rest of the fucking world America.

  • 2 X 5 wat an idiot

  • 3X5 guess he's not the only idiot around here

  • ok, its an american show so they use AMERICAN standards which are 3 teaspoons per table spoon, look it up on wikipedia search table spoon, don't start talkin out of ur ass when u are proven wrong plz

  • why the hell should i waste my time on wikipedia looking for tablespoons

  • well apparently you have a lot of spare time to continue this argument

  • Totally agree with soxwon.

  • BWAHAHAHA! XD

  • IDIOT.

  • hooo... that's a lot... it's only 10 in asia i think... at least in Indonesia n Malaysia.. our tablespoon not really big :D

  • is it 10?

  • No honey it's 15 in the US and 20 in Australia.

  • I DID learn this... on the pharmacology classes on the university but I don't think that would be the thing he was asked for.. The question was stupid.

  • AW I FEEL BAD FOR HIM

  • stupid question. No definite answer

  • this question is relative.. not anny "correct" answer on this one.. cause tablespoons and teespoons vary..

  • Teaspoons in America are much bigger than England, I guess.

  • they call this math?

  • ya stupid wiez5

  • i woulda said 20... i woulda been wrong

  • i would have dropped out

  • does he get saved by alana?

  • Shut the fuck up ashley18 he's playing for real money wouldn't you be thinking more to win 1 million dollars??

  • The kid was like: '' And you said you're good at math? '' .. I agree with him .. I mean .. Comon .. LOL

  • i would guess 15, and i think that i am right on this

  • actually, a lot of people dont know this

  • llama aren't you the bafoon that admitted your intelligence as being higher than most? How prideful, and here I see you answer incorrectly like all the other tards, stupid fuck.

  • i would have guessed 10

  • its seven

  • Wait...what??

    Are you answering this question?? o_O;;

  • I didn't know but I would have guessed 15 actually.

  • this show makes the ppl on "Jeopardy!" seem like ...woah...

  • anyone wanna let me in on where he pulled 2x5=....10 from?

  • You know where. LoL

  • lol

  • So Americans learn this in school? And are school sistem in Croatia is stupid,i mean a few weeks ago i was chatting in game with an guy from the USA and he didnt know where Croatia is,lol,i almost know all the 50 states of the USA and he cant find my country on the map?(google earth)hell he didnt even know it is in europe

  • America is a world power, croatia isnt.

I know where Croatia is, but I dont think its odd others wouldn't, when's the last time something of American concern happened there?

  • ever heard of Al-Qaeda?

    no right?

  • Of course I've heard of Al-Qaeda.

Don't attempt to talk down to me, I'm not an idiot and you obviously have a naive view of Americans.

  • ffs,you dont understand anything....

  • You're trying to tie Al-Qaeda to Croatia, I understand. I just dont see the connection.

  • I got this answer wrong! I do a lot of cooking and I always thought it was 2 tsp to 1 tbs! My mother, who has been cooking for over 75 years didn't even know this! Boy, have we been messing up some fine recipes! LOL

  • yeah thats the bigest misconception about baking. i always tell ppl its 3 cuz its 5ml/tsp and 15ml/tbs. But... they never believe me, then the recipe tasted weird.

  • So did Alana save his ass or what, fukin show the rest of the clip

  • .... Are teaspoons and tablespoons valid numerical measurements in the states?

I sure as fuck hope not.

  • Yes, they are used in cooking. If you don't cook, and I doubt if this guy has ever boiled water, let alone cook, you would not know this.

It's like the 3-4-5 rule, only carpenters and math wonks know it.

  • i mean 15 3X5 is 15

  • 8 fags

  • Alana is a cutie pie

  • LOL... That episode just aired here in Norway!

  • the older people get the more things from school the forget. seriously, i know SOME of these questions and im SURE i learned them at some point but i just forget. its got nothing to do with what country you are from. ive been in college for 2 years and some of this stuff i learned in 2nd grade.

  • Actually, in my country they would cry of joy if they had a question like that for 25 000!

  • Yeah, in my country they would have done that too. :P

  • what country both of you from?

  • canada

  • canada

  • Same here. My country would have been in tears of joy.

  • im from canada. and man I would be on the verge of exploding in my pants with a question of that.

  • I think its because we have a better education system in Europe. Something must be wrong in the USA. Please dont take it personally or something if you are an american. xP

  • Yeah, I guessed it right.

  • Go metric or DIE!!! Bah... I'm Canadian, and I also freeze up while doing math orally around other people, its like a f*cked up kind of stage

  • *stage fright.

  • i gave these questions for math, geography, and english.

  • i got a 3 questions for you guys and im 12..now the questions are... 1:how many inches are in a foot-2:what was the first possible name for the U.S-3:what 2 vegetables words can be said in 2 ways without mispelling it?

  • Well who cares about those KID questions who remembers that crap. And do you know how to do metrices,Quadratic equations,Hyperbolas, you should since ur 12....if u dont ur an idiot...

  • OMFG!

Guys, really, change to the metric system...

The landing units of your Mars Drones already did. Oh, wait...

  • 1 tablespoon = 14.325 grams ????????????

so if i fill it with sugar it's supossed to be as heavy as if i filled it with lead shavings...

    Go metric...

    (still made my day though)

  • Dude... So in the imperial system a teaspoon is actually a precise measurement? Like what say 20 grams or so? I can't stop laughing, no really... Change to metric dudes, this imperial shit is seriously retarded.

  • yeah i was trynna figure out the answer and i got it, three teaspoons in a table spoon, are 3 times 5 is 15. Now that was tricky.

  • I agree you guys shouldnt be too hard on him. I myself could barely remember that, and I bet by the time I am his age I would never have remembered that.

  • Alana is adorable

  • It's pretty simple how he graduated. Most people don't think about such simple things everyday and over time they forget the little things.

  • How could that guy ever graduate from university?

  • what kinda question is that? US needs to learn to use the metric system

  • camo lambrgini,, not very good choice

  • Nice picture. Good quality!

  • I say 2 so 2 x 5 is...........*Laughter*

  • some of these people are so stupid

  • i can locate China on the map but i dont know how many table spoons in a tea spoon

  • no shit. locating china on the map is the easiest thing in the world. i cud do it drunk on a map without names given

  • 12% or 18-25 years olds cant locate America on a map, I think its break 60 with America. Saw a video that showed a bunch of Americans answering questions wrong, showed them put North Korea and another guy FRANCE in Australia. Sadly, what you can do drunk is what a lot of the country can't.

  • But you know without breaking out the calculator that 2 times 5 is ten, right?

  • he maybe will cook and mess up the recipe with his inteligence..eat at your own risk

  • why didn't it show Alana's answer

  • Omg what a RETARD!!!

  • I think statistics showed that 15 in 23 American people couldn't find China on the world map... But this man... Jesus Christ.

  • More couldn't find Iraq on the map, with all that media going on. This show is probably rigged like Twenty One.

  • The stats being put out these days say differently, there are people that dumb

  • "there are people that dumb" wtf does that mean? Oh, it means you that dumb.

  • no affense but........

    hes really dumb.

  • Please do everyone a favor and spell "offense" right before you go around calling people dumb.

  • fine.

    No offense but hes really.

    as r u

  • Offence.
