  • So did you just apply the fiber glass right on top of the foam?

  • where do you learn to do this?

  • Would a urethane spray on bedliner work in place of the flashing tape?

  • @seanbobb Yeah don't think that would be the best solution over the aluminum tape.

  • why do you keep saying uu or uum in your vids?

  • @pommamomma Umm its called a filler word, many people do it who are not trained in doing videos, um like me. It's something I try to work on.

  • what king of foam is that? in not polyestern isnt it?? thx guys...nice work

  • ive been watching ur project for a loooong time nowa bit over 6 months .. and i always dream of working on that beauty =) ,

i have a question for u.. how many layers of fiberglass did u use?

  • fiberglass wont stick to aluminum foil very well either. it can be separated like taking off tape.

  • really good job, but guys how did you separate the foam/ply from the mold? is there a video and exact point/seconds ? tx

  • I did the same thing for a mini formula car, prep work is everything!!! Our finished pieces were an 8th of what you guys are doing and it took us two full weekends and 4 gallons of bondo to smooth all of the foam out...but I tell you what, it looked hella sweet when it was all done

  • I envy everything your doing... I wish I had the time/funding to take on such a project. You're living the dream.

  • @Riddco Thanks man... it's a challenge.

  • hey guys yall are amazing i will like to know what tools you use to sculp the foam and were can i get the foam please let me know

  • what are the headlights from? are they a stock piece from some other car or did you have them made for this car?

  • Head lights are aftermarket modified Mazda 3.

  • what donor car did you use?

    great work btw

    :)

  • real nice body shape and style. Nice roadster design and looks like its gonna have a beast under the hood.

  • How are there so few views on this?!

    THIS IS AMAZING!!!!

Do you do this for a living also or is this a hobbie?!

  • Probably because I just put this up last week.

Yes I guess you can say I do this for a living now, we are building this company up from the ground starting with the Blade Prototype.

  • How much would a body like this cost?

What is going to be under the hood of this prototype?

  • you deserve a gold medal for this work =)

  • what's next then? bodyfiller everywhere and sand it?

  • Yeah something like that We have to formulate a kind of Slurry Mix, Part Light weight high quality body filler and part vinylester resin. But first we still have a lot of fiberglass work to do.

  • Cool, i still want one in white.
