@seanbobb Yeah don't think that would be the best solution over the aluminum tape.

@pommamomma Umm its called a filler word, many people do it who are not trained in doing videos, um like me. It's something I try to work on.

fiberglass wont stick to aluminum foil very well either. it can be separated like taking off tape.

I did the same thing for a mini formula car, prep work is everything!!! Our finished pieces were an 8th of what you guys are doing and it took us two full weekends and 4 gallons of bondo to smooth all of the foam out...but I tell you what, it looked hella sweet when it was all done

what are the headlights from? are they a stock piece from some other car or did you have them made for this car?

Yes I guess you can say I do this for a living now, we are building this company up from the ground starting with the Blade Prototype.

Yeah something like that We have to formulate a kind of Slurry Mix, Part Light weight high quality body filler and part vinylester resin. But first we still have a lot of fiberglass work to do.
