  • Welcome to Broken Britain people.

  • @Fatman311 it's all around the world

  • As an LGV driver who sees cyclists jump red light so often I cannot see how this cyclist feels he has a right to object to the officers requests. Jumping red lights is a bloody stupid, immature act by irresponsible cyclists who care nothing of other road users. Some of my films show how stupid they can be. Grow up

  • if you like this then check out "EVERYTHING IS OK" he does this but 100000% better. and with a megaphone =)

  • No offence but you sound like a posh prick who in turn thinks hes above the law.. ;) Lets say you go through that light and a car swerves to left or right and takes out a family? Are you going to be as smug an arrogant as you are in this video? hmmm Enough said.

  • As Rubish as some cycle police (mainly ther bikes) Iv seen to many cyclist run red lights. If you ride on the road you abay the laws of the road that are ther for the safty of you and other road users. If the Guy would of said sorry or not of acted like an arse to police officer he might of let him off !

  • I love this video so much!

  • i duno how you can be a cycle cop and take yourself serious. helmet on a bike like a little kid, you might as well cut you balls off and start sucking dick.

  • What was the outcome of this.

  • in america they have a right to lie to us to get what they want. fucking bullshit

  • Yes, put up the rest of your footage. Seems you have edited out anything that doesn't support your make-something-out-of-nothing story. Talk about cynical manipulation. Okay, so the PC looks a bit stupid and inept, didn't think that was a criminal offence, unlike the CRIMINAL OFFENCE of failing to comply with RED traffic light. And you know he was right - read Section 24 of PACE - that's the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, 1984, for all you non law students out there. I hope you WERE arreste

  • Put the rest up! :D

  • GREAT WORK !!!!

  • Anonymous would like to know this cops name

  • you got what you deserved for being a smartass

  • Hahahaha get owned

  • I ended up feeling sorry for the cop, before he committed the assault. He was having circles run around him.

  • No wonder blacks and muslims rule the streets of London and get away with oppressing the native whites there, the police are powerless wimps in England. This smart ass would get body slammed, pummled and then tased if he tried that here in the U.S. The police here would laugh at this nonsense, beat the shit out of him and toss his ass in the country jail where he would then suffer racial abuse from the blacks in there as well.

  • @MrMadmardin thats why ur country is fucked up

  • @bigfrmday

Not as fucked up as yours

  • Comment removed

  • How is society expected to function fluently if politically correct twats like this cyclist break the law (albeit a very mild offence, yes), and refuse to pay a fine which they are quite rightly receiving. Don't get me wrong there are some crooked coppers in the UK who use their power in discrimative and offensive ways, however this cyclist is a nonce who should just accept his wrongdoing and willingly co-operate. Maybe the next time he skips a red light there will be a more painful outcome.

  • You say the cyclist is a 'twat' when he observed his rights, which we are ALL entitled to do. I hope if you deal with the police, that you're informed of and observe your rights and that they're not swept away for the sake of convenience as you suggest.

Whether he jumped the lights or not is totally irrelevant, as amazingly you are innocent until proven guilty. The cop was totally in the wrong.

Just because I think you're reply is stupid, it doesn't actually mean you are.

  • @HullYorkshireEngland Tsk Tsk children these days. Tell me if it is 2:00am and there is absolutely no car in sight, and you are stopped by a red light, do you wait or go. People are not ignorant, (well in your case) i should've said irrational. A man is not going to cross the road when there are cars going by are they? Same with jay-walking. This is a money-grabbing tactic for the police, a revenue stream for the police. He did nothing wrong, no harm, no loss, and no fraud. Common law>statutes.

  • The point is the cyclist jumped a red light, he never denied that. Instead he had the copper running round in circles over technicalities in the frame work of the law. That cyclist is like one of those loophole lawyers who get celebrities away with speeding fines. Police intimidation??? Some of you people have your heads up your arses.

  • hey if you're the one filming, i commend you greatly, excellent job..

  • why do you think all pigs are alike. they are profiled. at minimum they are sociopaths - usually psychopathic. don't take my word for it. ask any woman that has been married to one. also why do you think most woman pigs are butch lesbians.

  • remember that policemen receive only 12 weeks training before being allowed on the streets to intimidate the public. they recently reduced the iq level so as to recruit the dumbest useful idiots in society. they are all profiled. all those idiots that think the pig was right to act violent when he became frustrated are obviously suited psychologically for such a position.

the pig is playing russian roulette as one day he will prey upon his equal (psychopath) and be justly rewarded

  • epic well played !!!!!

  • normally I'm against police behavior but this guy is just acting like a dick

  • The law is absolutely shot to bits, good on ya

  • this video should be renamed ''twat with a video camera''

  • @fckcok how about frustrated pig gets violent

  • What a dick, why behave like that, I hope you got booked, a plolice record will serve as a reminder of what a dick you made of yourself!

  • @cilitpop so you agree that PIGS SHOULD ACT VIOLENTLY WHEN THEY ARE FOUND TO BE FUCKWITS.

  • turn captions on and see what it says at 0:47 ;D

  • ... Is it really suprising we have an economy like we do, or 15 year olds who think the answer is knifing one another?

STOP and THINK, isn't it about time "I" took responsibilty for "MY" actions?

Although I guess this is hard for a person who thinks 9/11 was an "inside job". HAHA! Please do take time to review this persons channel and learn about ZOG and the ILLUMINATI!

  • @Senseinseselesstimes you have hit the nail on the head mate, i could tell by this guys whole anti-police paranoia business, this guy is a total fruitcake!!! glad too see some intelligent people in thee world of youtube such as yourself.

  • What I find most profound and disurbing is your victim persona as if you are being wildly persecuted and that this will destroy your life when the Home Office website clearly states that a ticket of this nature is for a grand total of £30! Really??? You acted like this over a £30 ticket??? I guess if I can take anything from this at least you shook off some of my apathy.

With people behaving like you on the increase and misusing a phenominal tool like the internet to massage your on ego...

  • ... accepting you broke the law. all be it a law that would have at worst only ended in your son not having a father. It also was an option that prevents a humiliating attendance at court (and the ensuing court costs). From my research there is no need for him to provide you an exact definition of the offence, with the number he is expected to remember that would be wholly inpractical and rediculous...

  • So did the Officer arrest you? He's not lying about that, he would have been entirely within his rights to arrest you, in fact arguably duty bound by this stage from your behaviour. On seeing this I did some research over the internet. You broke the law under the Road Traffic Act 1986, so you were REQUIRED to provide your details to allow for the option of him giving you a ticket. Yes you had to take the ticket this is apparently part of you being compliant, and a grown up...

  • @Senseinseselesstimes this is a good point, but fails to capture how inept the police officer was at explaining this on the road side. When questioned why details were required, i heard the mumbling officer state "passport" and "driving license". He is booking a cyclist for jumping a light. Does a cyclist have a driving license? Is it mandatory for british citizens to carry passport at all times, when in their own country? The cyclist behaved like a tool. But the Cop was without a plan B..

  • @ChrisSVK123 I couldn't agree more

  • Cyclist comes across as 'know it all' arse. Cop was just doing his Job.

  • This video isn't about getting out of a ticket

It's about proving a point about the incompetence of the police force and how often they talk shit.

  • this is funny as hell, cop deserves what he gets, what a twat

  • You fucking nob, you deserve to be run over stuck up twat, you would have a different view towards the police if you called them because Mummy had sent you to bed early PRICK

  • @SuperSlimjim20 the cop deserved to be made a fool of, he was clearly being a dick, i think the guy filming is funny as hell for doing that,

  • I think this guy really handed it to that cop, the cop was clearly abusing his power acting as if he had the right to do or know anything he liked. This was a clear win against a cop, and I applaud him for doing so well by not accepting a ticket ... I'd say many would just cave in and be obedient, do as the cop demands.

  • Haha that is epic well played well played.

  • You, Mr Cyclist, are a complete and utter arse.

  • Just take the hit man, grow up.

  • The maker of this film is a Pratt. You know nothing of the law. You and your attitude got what you deserved. Pillock...

  • Interesting how so many people believe the policeman even though there is no evidence that this guy actually did run a red light....

He should know the law, and in the UK the police are NOT able to demand that you identify yourself.

  • WOW, this is a cyclist that give other cyclists bad names. You went through a red light, take the fine and man up. The irony is that you seem to know the law but then you break it by going through a red light, hypocritical twat!

  • @lazydemonjay87 You're missing the point

So you dont agree its WRONG for a police officer to not know the law he's inforcing, to say he doesn't need to know and to tell several lies?

    Heres the difference

Police officer: not doing his job right, lying to the public

Cyclist: Understanding the law and manipulating the situation in his favour

I think thats what you call intelligence!

  • wanker, grow the fuck up.. freedom1366 u r a prick.. i hope he arrested you as u sound like a puffed up child.. what a numpty.

  • this lad is a hero!

  • agree totally with the other two comments... not so much as cycle cop gets owned... more like this is how to become a douche after blatant breakage of the law.

  • making up laws? He ran a red, i don't know the wording for that law but i know it's illegal. fair enough do it to an asshole cop but this cop was a regular guy. I hope someone runs this wanker over and then gets off because they didn't arrest him properly so it gets thrown out of court.

Idiots like this will try and sue a fireman for bumping his head on a door frame while rescuing him from a burning building.

  • Yes good to know breaking a red is not against the law then. This megalomaniac law student should dig deep into his moral factor before he dares distort law and order for his own gain.

  • S25 pace general arrest conditions for a moving traffic offence of failing to comply with traffic signal red ats. The officer is completely correct and can arrest him. In fact he spent to long negotiating and should have done. Bet the cyclist would have had something to say if someone ran a red lit and hit the child he was going to pick up.....hypocrit and barrack room lawyer hiding behind his imperfect knowledge....

  • @Emmacourtman hit a child with his bike? I don't think it would do as much damage as a car to be fair. i think the point he was making was that the police officer was improperly prepared or poorly trained in dealing with the situation. He should be able to quote the law when making an arrest or being asked to when issuing a ticket. But yeah, the guy does seem like a bit of a douche.
