  • girl ur hot, what kind of workout r u doing?

  • she doesn't have fat...

  • Lose the fat and you'll look better. RUN damm it!!

  • Are you a bodybuilder or a CrossFitter?

  • You look amazing.

  • dumb bitches worry about weight. she even said she looks better so who gives a fuck. if i like the way i look i dont give a shit if i weight 150 or 250

  • thats a good thing fat changing over to muscle u should start gaining muscle weight

  • I think I'm in love with your dogs.

  • Nice nipples.

  • What happens in 3 weeks? Is this a temporary form you're working hard on or something you hope to maintain for a lifetime? You've hit a plateau, don't get discouraged, it will break. You look fantastic!

  • You haven't lost weight because you're replacing it with muscle mass. Any fat that's left on you (and I don't see any significant fat) your body is going to cling to, because you need some in you.

  • You look damn fit! NICE!!!!!!

  • YUMMY!!!

  • Don't worry about your weight. You look very healthy and fit and sexy. You look hot. keep doing what you're doing just try not to get too thin. Thanks for the video.

  • youtube - the place to get wrong info. carb cycle, perhaps bump your fats up. silly, as wifey diets for a bb show she actually eats 12 mini pancakes and 3 waffles post workout - high carb day is like 165g carb in the pwo window!!! silly she eats that and the weight comes down. carb cycle done correct is pretty cool stuff. timing and quantity are far more important than fast/slow bs. sure fat folks w/ insulin issues might avoid simple carbs but if your body is firing than timing is key.

  • Everybody is happy. Thanks for the candid post. We all do this, and we all are vain. God Bless you. I hope your health and happiness are tops. Jesus is Lord, see you in church in these last days. No judgement, just love!

  • up your cardio & do less weights. looking good.

  • @jujitsuman68 wtf?

  • @spankaveli wtf are you wtf for.?????

  • best cardio to burn fat, jump rope, high intensity, 1 minute jump rope, 1 minute rest, 30 times

  • you look awesome!!!

  • How bout a new video

  • fucking gorgeous body.... love your thighs and stomach, Oh and dont listen to this assholes, DONT trim your coot hair. Nothing hotter than a sexy woman with a nice OLD SCHOOL hairy vag..

  • If I was chico I would be trying to mount that every second!

  • please groom your vagina if you're going to post videos like this. Thank you

  • you look good Mami!

You have to give or take for muscles Honey - just look at your inches not your weight

  • you look good Mami!

  • i want...

  • Nice Belly Button! :oP

  • are those church panties? cuz they look very HOLY

  • @nitroredskin ahahahahahaha

  • Nice Body!! But you need to buy some new underwear!! =D

  • oh my good ! I need a wife like that!

  • great physic, i love your body:) your ok sweetty your gorgeous:)

  • Is that a woman?

  • @utubesuckshit hell yea a sexy one

  • muscle weighs more then fat hun! change up your workout every 4-6 weeks and you'll notice a change. try HIIT as well! it'll help you shed fat.

  • You gained muscle and lost fat. That is why the scale hasn't changed. It's all about how you feel.

  • Well honey , it's perfectly possible.. fat weighs (alot) less than muscle and even tho 3 weeks is not nearly enough to build some muscle (maybe if you're a complete beginner) you probably gained a tiny bit , while losing muscle. besides there's so many things contributing to yuor weight... fluids and all that shizzle. So do not worry about your weight to much , especially after such a short period of time.

  • Your weight has plateau and it is natural. You simply need to change all of your workouts up.

  • who the hell is xsugarcrispx Really fat converted to muscle. Not possible that is crazy.

  • One week with me and you'll lose some weight by "exercising"

  • your nasty as fuckkkkkkkk

  • Some one needs to drive a huge dick in this bitch pronto.

  • thats cause its all in your thighs

  • Hahaha still taxi drivers? God it's being an obsession, probably been called a fat chick by one and you've been mentally insane until then. Checked your YouTube account and you are clearly fucked up and can't be reasoned with, hahaha. Go watch your favorite nut squeeze video in your favorite, maybe that'll do you some good. You clearly want me to be a taxi driver you you can squeeze my nuts right? hahaha thank you for the good laughs, you are the most insane person on the internet I've talked to

  • @jpzzzz Oh I'm not stuck up, I just hate taxi drivers!! As for owned, at least I ain't owned by social services.

  • Can't believe I'm giving the def of diet to a health consultant:Diet (nutrition), the sum of the food consumed by an organism

Low calories : Below BMR but no indication if it's by 10% or 40%

Do you know how low in calories she went and for how long? Do you know if she was cutting big for a competition or else? No and no.You only say what YOU would do, not what she did. You just insinuated and that's why your argument "less is better" is completely wrong. Now go tell someone to eat less/do more

  • @jpzzzz Choose a search engine and look up "Job" and find yourself something to do. Clearly robots ain't worth much...

  • @thegreatestnumber13 Why are you so stuck up about jobs? Seems like it's the only argument you have. I find it pretty fucking ironic that a HEALTH CONSULTANT try to give career advice on the internet. Let me remind you that your day job is saying "Gotta eat less fried chicken Bobby" to people. Now choose a search engine and look up "How to cope with hubris when I'm proven wrong on the internet"

  • hahaha taxi driver? Is that all you thought of? Spare me your Master and degree bullshit, so much hubris without any factual debate. Let me give you the course you seemed to have missed: low calories diet for too long induce starvation mode which lower metabolic rate. With a lower metabolic rate, your caloric balance has effectively changed for the worse (on a fat loss aspect). Stfu with your master degree and prove me wrong. I have a PhD in robotics, not some flimsy social sciences

  • @jpzzzz Why should I prove anything to you? I don't actually understand what "low calories diet" means... if you mean "low calories" or "diet" then you are incorrect. For your information an individual's RMR/ RER is measured via direct calorimetry and then a low - in relation to their RMR, or the lady's BMR - would be devised in order to lose weight. And before you go on about ketosis or anything else you have read in Men's Health, my initial comment was correct. Now go play robots. Good day :)

  • @revol148 You really are stupid. Firstly because you stay up until 3:00am looking for your tuppence worth, but secondly because you assume so much. I said those things due to another idiot trying to be clever. Anyway you don't have to prowl through my account, as I am happy to tell you from that I am a health and fitness consultant. I have many clients who have lost much weight, and even some professional sports people. Now why not get yourself a degree, maybe then you will also have a job to g

  • @thegreatestnumber13 "because you assume so much" says the person who finds that someone typing at 3am is suspect in not (a)having a job (wrong) or (b) a degree (wrong again)! I will spare your blushes so I will not ask which educational establishement you got your Mickey mouse degree from! Still job done: you haven't denied that you are out to impress how great you are in order to compensate the evident inferiority complex you have! This was typed at 12:20 (GMT)- is that O.K with you?

  • @revol148 I have nothing to prove, nor deny... especially to a keyboard warrior. Take more interest in your own life not mine and you might just get a job :)

  • @thegreatestnumber13 "you have nothing to prove" - just as well then as evidence was proving rather thin on the ground! (LOL) Good luck with those two (or was it three?) (caravan) holidays (in Skegness with your parents) you take every year! Can I get a job as a consultant then? - you have - even though you are too thick to get into medical school!

  • @revol148 Actually it would be Wales or the Lakes... Look at John Moore's University and if you think they have "Mickey Mouse" degrees, why not challenge them? I'm sure they would love to hear your opinions... Now go and have a wank, like your father should have. ROFL (seeing as you like the teenage text talk)

  • @thegreatestnumber13 ha,ha,ha John Moores (the former polytechnic no less!) so tell me where does that compare to Bristol then (LOL!) - stop right now before I humiliate you any further.Liverpool is a fine city mind although I am not sure whether I could put up with it for 3 years.

  • @revol148 Bristol has a university?? What did you do, clean it? LJMU has one of the best reputations for sport science research, has a sport science facility that competes with almost any the US, who are clearly years ahead with sport science (hence the amount of golds they win at every Olympic Games). University of Liverpool is a very good research for research (except sport) whereas LJMU has proven its weight in gold on many occasions. As for the city, I'm definitely bored with it!!!

  • @thegreatestnumber13 so basically you fucked your A-levels up - I understand - I sympathise.Still until state schools can match private schools for A level results things will never change! Take care sweety

  • @revol148 Quantify that statement...

  • @thegreatestnumber13 *yawn* come on yeah! I went to a uni full of people who said they really didn't care about getting into Oxbridge when in reality they would have skinned both themselves and their parents alive in order to get there! If you do well at A-levels you (almost inevitably) go to a university with a good reputation.Hence you don't get thick people at Cambridge - you don't get bright people at South bank "university" - is it really that complicated to you?

  • @revol148 How's about you go to the university that caters for what you need. I did okay at my A Levels, should have done better but despite going to a public school (didn't put as much effort in as I should) I decided to work first. I would have done the same in uni otherwise. So do tell, what is it you do exactly that makes the sun shine out of your arse so much?

  • @thegreatestnumber13 I applaud your honesty with regards to going to a public school! I went to state followed by private followed by a state sixth form college where I did my A -levels.Personally I have next to no faith in the private school system although I am glad I tried both in order to get a balanced view.Unless you go to a "good one" and to be fair Gloucester Cathedral school does NOT fall into that category then it's simply a business cashing in on the British obsession with class.

  • @revol148 I actually laughed out loud with your Gloucester Cathedral School comment. Is that a catholic school? I went to a grammar school initially as well, then passed my 13 plus and to be honest I had no issues with public school. Granted, a couple of the teachers were knobs, they assumed you would be clever because you were 'there' and some of the lads simply must have got in through other means! I did struggle initially with being one of the best, to very very average. Served me well tbh.

  • night, night "consultant"! (hee, hee) Up early to deal with all your clients or patients perhaps!

  • @thegreatestnumber13 Ah bless! look at the way you call yourself a "consultant" - borrowing terminology from the medical world when we all know you would last barely 24 hours at medical school! Telling people to lose weight - what you mean like telling them to get more exercise and eat proper food - wow! - so tell us - how many years did your "degree" course last? (it sounds so complicated!) No doubt you got refused entry to the "degree" course in golf course management eh?LOL

  • This is purely a cultural issue: after all you would NEVER get a person from France,Spain or Italy sharing with people so publically the issues you have with losing weigth - almost inevitably you would be from North America where as we know dieting and weight generally is an issue.I am from England: don't worry we are not far behind you in the fat league table.Huge wealth divisions, an immature palate and the belief that fast means good food are all contributing factors to our obesity problem.

  • Look up a crossfit around you....most of them have a free class on Saturdays.Just do it and you will see instant weight loss.

  • You state you have been on a diet too long and that you have "increased your calories" and wonder why u ain't losing weight... Hmmm!

  • @thegreatestnumber13 Get a clue, staying under a certain threshold puts your body in starvation mode after a certain time. Starvation mode = no fat loss

  • @jpzzzz Get a clue? I have a masters degree in sports nutrition. End of!

  • @thegreatestnumber13 "masters degree" in sports nutrition eh? (and I bet that mickey mouse course was at a "new university" eh?).Elsewhere on this website you were telling someone you had your own business a "wealth of friends" and can afford to go on holiday twice a year? So tell me:where does all this insecurity of yours come from? were you bullied at school? The need to impress on others of just how great your life is and how excellent you are must surely stem from somewhere?

  • @thegreatestnumber13 rofl, you have a nutrition degree? I guess anybody could have one then. At least people commenting seems to sense your bullshit. If I have time I'll give you my source and rip you a new one

  • @jpzzzz No, I have a masters degree (an MSc), therefore I don't need source from a taxi driver... you need help! :)

  • im not sure what your goals are since i just clicked on this at random but you have a great figure. you have a tight physique. low body fat and big where you should have muscles in. i dont really think losing weight is a major issue unless you are trying to cut weight for a competition. great job all round!

  • you dont drop weight because you are replacing fat with muscle duh

  • OMG SEXY GIRL, ARE YOU A CROSSFITTER!?!?!?

  • Maybe you just added muscle.

  • Maybe you just added muscle.

  • your diet only cleaned crap out of you system and dehydrated you and lossed somr fat, eat lots of carbs just before your work out and metabolism flies through the roof

  • blah blah blah nobody cares just take your clothes off

  • stop worrying about weight, your going to plateau sooner or later. try paleo you'll drop fat pretty quick. WEIGHT IS JUST A NUMBER. You look incredibly fit, most fat was convertered to muscle, so dont worry.

  • @xsugarcrispx To suggest that the human body can take adipose tissue and directly covert it into muscle cells is a ridiculous statement that I hope nobody truly believes. Fat does not "convert into muscle".

  • @xsugarcrispx Please refrain from giving advice, thanks. You have no clue.

  • @xsugarcrispx You cant convert fat into muscle

  • WOW, you have change! Ignore the scale you look fantastic =)

  • thunder thighs

  • wow wooooooooooooooow I want see you like that on real and I promise I will penetrate you at once even before you get off these 2 things

  • wow, now that's a real woman. marry me ?

  • She is incredibly HOT! Please don't be so hard on yourself =)

  • weight is deceiving. Muscle mass weighs more than fat.

  • It's an almost man

  • @sudao81 so are you...

  • Great body, definitely a milf and definitely a fapworthy video.

  • shes pretty...

  • don't forget muscle mass weighs more than fat mass! you look great.

  • @gsmarcano per unit volume.

  • you don't need to drop weight. dropping weight isnt the goal is it? your friends are looking at you with their eyes...not with a scale. go by mirror not by scale. you look great

  • Stop complaining about your weight or else Im going to sit on so and tickle your tummy until you admit that its beautiful. LOL

  • Hot Bod! But what's up with the "Thrift Store" Undies!!! again I say Killer Bod!!

  • You are definitely in great shape, kudos. However, you need to buy some new underwear. You're supposed to throw them away when they get holes all over the place.

  • just went from six to midnight

  • good lord, you're hot

  • You look great, and like dali555 said, weight is useless to look at since you're putting on muscle, since it's 3 times the weight of fat. You may stay the same weight but you have probably lost all kinds of size in fat (I haven't seen the before pic). Good work and keep it up!

  • i'm sure it's been said already but it's because you've gained muscle. your body is bangin'.

  • she looks like she has cliteromegaly

  • We humans should look like that. You are beautiful.

  • Lady, do you know what the hell muscle is? You have it. That "thick"ness in your quads and hams ARE your quads and hams! You're ripped.

    By the way, you're hot.

  • You're freaking HOT trust me...Keep up what ever you are doing its working.

  • drop the bloomers u freak!!!

  • pleeeease turn around and bend over!! and can i see your face, i tryin to have a fantasy here.

  • Sheesh, stop obsessing with your weight. There are thousands of women who would kill to look like you.

  • less talkee and more showee

  • Excellent Quads and overall conditioning..

  • Your Sexy.

  • your body may be replacing the fat with muscle... therefore you would not loss any weight if anything you would just gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat

  • Don't worry about your weight! You're just fine.

  • u look good the way u r

  • u look awesome!!!!! killer legs!!wow you dog neeeds to drop weight!! little meatball

  • Kebab, you moron, you're too busy stuffing yourself with goat on a stick to understand what I'm saying. This girl is thick. She's talking about dropping weight. Cut down calories. Eat smarter. Do more cardio. Stop doing squats and eating steak. It's not that complicated. Idiot.

  • very nice quadriceps

  • u look great u dont need to drop any more pounds

  • Yeah, your diet needs to change. Lifting and workouts make you stronger = more muscle = muscle is heavy. Its a good thing. Specific measurements are nonsense.

  • you fool, i remember from some other video. you were nitpicking with the fucking lifts, now let's not workout at all. I would like see your collosal mounds of adipose tissue hanging over your stimulus package-subsidised electric scooter

  • why would you want to drop weight, you look really good..

  • delicious!!!

  • take in less calories than you burn and you will lose weight. other than that, after seeing your video i want a woman who has a body like you!

  • You dont loose weight becouse you build muscles too. You might loose sevral pounds of fat.

  • you are definately not fat!!!

you have the body I would kill for.

  • For fuck's sake swepride, that's not fat. That's a healthy, muscular, and downright sexy body - the way it's supposed to be. Not emaciated and bone-thin. You look great, paw.

  • fat

  • KnightRiderforSale, I hate to tell you this, but, you can. You don't gain much muscle, but you can loose fat while gaining lean mass. With proper supplementation, I mean world class supplements(not steroids), like AdvoCare. It is completely doable.

  • Go shove a bottle of AdvoCare up your ass.

  • Muscle weights more then fat. If you can see your abs, your OK.

  • Comment removed

  • I love how people think its scientifically possible to loose fat while gaining muscle.

To loose one pound of the fat, the body has to defeat 3500 calories. To gain a pound of muscle, the body needs to increase near 4500 CLEAN calories. Can;t do both at the same time, folks. Convincing my clients of this is a battle.

  • But do remember that muscle is a lot more metabolically active than fat. Once the muscle is going on, your higher basal metabolic rate burns more calories

  • So then how should I work my abs out? My body percentage isn't too high nor at the level abs need to be shown.. But I'm really skinny.. How do I do abs? While trying to maintain a weight..

  • unless the body is significantly out of shape. I have seen it happen in obese people who lost a ton of fat on a hard training program. Their strength and muscle size went through the roof while dropping around 65-100 lbs.

Possible but in the average person it isn't going to happen.

some agrue you can do very short bulk/cut cycles and lose fat and gain muscle if you are hoarding majority of days calories before and after workout, and far less throughout the day... never tried it myself

  • @KnightRiderforSale explain situations where people are obviously gaining muscle mass and strength but are not gaining weight?

  • I'm subscribed!!!

  • I know this lady is alot older than me, but i got a boner from watching this video.

  • WORD ME 2...COOOGER

  • Throw your scale in the garbage.... Scales are useless when you are lifting... Just look at your body and how it is reacting to your workout.... Gorgeous body by the way... Keep squating and deadlifting!

  • @dali555 unless your trying to make a weight class...then scales matter

  • @0587dave NOPE.... muscles weighs more than fat... so why would a scale mean anything to a person lifting? look at body fat % and how your clothes feel and how you look overall.... scales are garbage!

  • @dali555 haha no 1lb of fat weighs the same as 1lb of muscle how can you argue that? does 1lb of wood weigh the same as 1lb of water? if you have 50lbs of fat and 25lbs of muscle then your fat to muscle ratio is higher but 1lb of each still weighs 1lb haha there is no way you could ever argue different. and it does matter to her because she said she has a show coming up which means she has to be in shape and always a certain weight to make weight class.

  • @dali555 haha no 1lb of fat weighs the same as 1lb of muscle how can you argue that? does 1lb of wood weigh the same as 1lb of water? if you have 50lbs of fat and 25lbs of muscle then your fat to muscle ratio is higher but 1lb of each still weighs 1lb haha there is no way you could ever argue different.a and it does matter to her because she said she has a show coming up which means she has to be in shape and always a certain weight to make weight class.

  • @dali555 get a clue dude

  • @dali555 haha no 1lb of fat weighs the same as 1lb of muscle how can you argue that? does 1lb of wood weigh the same as 1lb of water? if you have 50lbs of fat and 25lbs of muscle then your fat to muscle ratio is higher but 1lb of each still weighs 1lb haha there is no way you could ever argue different. the scale matters because she said she has a show which means she has to make weight class or the low bodyfat and mirror dont even matter

  • @0587dave .. Ok, I'll drop the cliche then... seeing how you wish to be technical in what I was meaning.... here try this then... DUDE... The idea seems to be that if you are exercising—and theoretically losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time—the effects cancel each other out. Seeing how they both weigh the same. So, in theory, you won’t see desired weight loss as measured by pounds on the scale, even though you may be improving how you look.

  • You haven't dropped any weight and you don't know what to do? How about stay as you are, you have a terrific body.

  • if your working with your muscles youll gain wieght because mucsle wieghds more than fat and u look muscler so thats why

  • I hate when people say that crap...

mucle does WEIGH more... its just more condense.

a pound of muscle weighs the same as a POUND of fat, lol.

  • que gente tan estupida, Dios mio!!

  • fucking is also a GREAT caloric burner,..come over and burn some calories with me,...I WILL FUCK YOUALLNIGHT!!

  • SEXY!!!!!!!!!

  • probably haven't lost weight b/c you are working out also, what you lose in fat you put on in muscle, your concern should be bodyfat loss not weight loss, for 48 you look quite fit, i wouldn't worry about it too much.

  • Comment removed

  • you look nice, typical woman worries so much about her weight.

  • Calm down, psycho. You look great. Here's how you lose more weight: stop eating. Are you strong? Are you healthy? Ok. So stop worrying about it. Anybody who looks like you do and is this worried about it obviously is being to hard on herself. Good luck relaxing.
