Scotland's clothes confuse me a bit as to what they're supposed to be. I think the closest i can link it to is a Royal Air Force uniform with a double Guard of Honour sash (probably intended to look like the St.Andrew's Cross)

My point was that clothes are generally culturally relevant such as Arthur's British Army jacket and Alfred's US Air Force jacket. The closest I can link Scotland's clothes to is to the uniform of the Royal Air Force. (Remember this is WW2)
