  • Another version I found is 8 secs longer...

  • @heightofearnestness The other version is running too slow. This one is just right.

  • Did you speed this up a tad in Audacity?

  • I like!

  • I recently picked up around a dozen Audiodisc 7"ers with no writing indicating what was on them. I tried to play but the turntables I have set up are 33/45 only and it seems to be a 78rpm. I hard music on all but was slow. I will eventually dig a unit from my attic that plays 78. Doubt it will be as cool as this one though. Paid .25c each so got a deal regardless

  • Amazing performance, in the great tradition of Kenny Lynch, Danny Williams and Spyder Turner. Love it!

  • The Bigger Sound...Vol. 2

  • I always thought that this was one of the finest singles to be released in the early 60's. It was played for a while in my city, but never made the national charts. A crying shame.

  • An other good Popcorn Oldie.

  • Was this released????? I LOVE it!!!

  • a favorite of mine from your collection....great!

  • just brill, this is one of many great popcorn tracks.

  • damned fine tune :)

  • It seems to be a TEST DISC thats was cut on PRESTO lathes in radio stations or recording studios before the final cut for distribution!

  • I bought a run of audiodiscs from a New york guy back in the day

  • I doubt these were pressed on Presto lathes (although it's possible). Unless I'm not informed correctly Presto was usually used on the consumer level. There were much bigger and better lathes used in studios.

  • Some TOOooOON this

  • Pure class,.ktf.

  • A lovely tune with a haunting chorus

  • Its an acetate young lady, I collect them, I have 100s of them, some genuine, some dubs, some I am not sure about
