The movement is in hip flexors, but the stabilization is in the abdominals.

before :28 i was like okay i can do this.. they paul sped up, alright maybe i can't after all

lol Yes you can Mikdugal, work on the movement and breath rhyzmically. Exhale when your legs kick and inhale when they come back to push up position.

Two weeks ago I started doing my old wrestling drills for hip quickness and ab strength and these moves will be a great addition to my routine!
