I have ADHD and that music is just what i needed, the music made it so much easier to concentrate, I understand if this is different for other people but, im about to download music like that to play while im studying :P
hey my sternum pops or feels like my sternum is popping been happening for 7 months now was wondering if you know whats happening to my sternum and why is it popping is it cartilage or ? the joint ? any help would be helpful ! :)
do you know why i could possibly have the end of my xiphoid process missing and the ribs on the right side are seperated from it i get shooting pains that are almost unbearable i try to show doctor but he claims that nothing is meant to be there anyway his chubby fingers cannot feel the huge gap you seem knowledgable i hope you can give me a clue thank you
i realise this is a few years late, but heck the comments abt the music. it is great (albeit a little louder in your earlier videos - but perfect with the later ones). we need the music with the video. thank you so much!
I am an athlete with severe pain in the 3rd costal chondral joint. I have seen several Dr's including Chiropractors and Physical Therapists. Not a single one has had a clear answer for my condition. My pain is hard to recreate with the touch, however caused by most movements of my left arm, raising it up, pushing out, pushups, or any similar activity. The pain is very sharp and located about an inch or two below the skin on the left chest side of sternum 3rd/4th rib area.
I have a question. My doctor said that my floating Rib has separated from my Cartledge. Now you can see the rib sticking out a little. Is there ANY kind of help for this injury?
i salute you, you have literally been my guardian angel while revising anatomy, would have had to drop out of university if it wasnt for your tutorials! Will you marry me?
I agree, it was my biggest mistake and now i can't redo the video. But as you will probably see, my latest videos have the music turned down as i have learned from my mistake. These video on skeleton were my earliest and first videos, so i was not sure how it would turn out. Sorry again. Bye.
Hey! This was amazing. Thank you so much! It was so clear and very fun to watch. Please keep these videos up! I agree with the previous comment; sometimes, reading is boring and tiring. One tip: Is there any way you can not include the music? Your descriptions and diagrams are excellent enough. Thanks again!
Yes, certainly i will make sure the background music doesn't interfere anymore... it gets annyoing. But for those videos already made, unfortunately we have to suffer through them :(, lol. Bye.
@hyperhighs Hi I have two deep indents in my lower ribs of my rib cage. I was wondering if this is normal or not. Also if not what I would need to do about it.

Gotta complain about the quality but that is not the focus. These tutorials are very helpful. Thank you for putting these together.

if you go to the doctor he might send you to have a MRI (magnetic resonace image) or feel the ribbs and give you something to reduce the pane.

Actually you didn't need to make the correction.
Xiphisternum and xiphoid process are both correct in describing the bone.
The joint is called the xiphisternal joint.
