Most top 3 scorers on any given NHL team could do this. There is a reason for the forward motion rule. Most goalies in the league would have no chance at this... Gotta draw the line somewhere...

@sniygley I think you mean continuous motion. That's in the case of a spin-o-rama type move, according to the rule book. St Louis did that, then waited for the goalie to bite too hard, which he did.

It's debatable, but everything seems to be in line with the rules.
