this man is a passionate chef, i've watched many of his video recipes and can't wait to get some new ingredients for a few dishes i think look particularly good.
Same goes with your Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani. My colleagues couldn't believe that there is such a simple but exceptional recipe until they have eaten it. Thanks and keep it up!
How does one make almond paste? I checked the local supermarkets and the only one available was the one used in desserts and it was in form of a dough. I doubt that would be the one. Can someone explain pls?
This dish reminds me of hariyali jinga, if one loves the flavour of mint and coriander, this dish IS SO PROVOCATIVE, it has coconut, almond paste and cream, this is the ultimate smooth nutty and aromatic dish.
For 1kg of chicken do we need to reduce the amounts of ingredients or it remains the same, as the recipe is described for 12 people and 3kg of chicken. Thanks
Guru, Iam Harikumar, I got your book now when I see the Demo from the master it is so live. Iam fan of Mr.Sanjeevkapoor from childhood, now to his team too. Great work, thankyou

You can make the paste by soaking the almonds in water, then boil them for 2-3 minutes, remove the skins and then grind.

Almond paste is used as thickening agent as well as to make the dish rich. Dry coconut will change the taste of the dish.Try and use the fresh one.
