The escorts will have more dignity, both escorts and customers can get required routine check ups and help prevent the spread of STDs, and the escort can be more in control of what goes on and what the customer can and can't do (Like requiring him to wear a condom). There are moral flaws to it I suppose, but people are going to do it anyways, so at least it'll be safer for them if it's legal
