Prachtig,hier kan ik mijn oude vriend Francois De Ridder nog altijd terugzien,hij heeft mij de liefde tot de muziek bijgebracht en ik mis hem nog steeds.

Francois wij zullen u nooit vergeten als mens en als dirigent.

The band of the Belgium Guides are a national treaure to their country. The strong Fanfare element gives this band almost a French quality, but they lack the large percussion section which makes them different. This march comes from a CD that Norbert Nozy recorded many years ago showcasing regimental and army marches of the Belgium army. This band must be over 100 players in size. Really a treat to see them at a Tattoo. Truly one of the great military bands of Europe for sure.
