Sorry but if I wanted to see cheer and gymnastic/contortioning, I would've typed in cheer and gymnastics not hmong dancing. This ruins the point of hmong dancing. If you're gonna do flips at least be true to yourself and be a cheer team not a "hmong dance team".

this is considered a form of dance. maybe not hmong, but chinese-influenced/inspired. basically, the chinese are more into the acrobats and creativity + grace. they need to work on grace more when not doing gymnastics-type moves, but when they're doing flips and stuff, they're flawless and graceful.

i'm glad Hmong dancers are expanding to other styles, but I dislike it b/c they're always off esp all the flipping.
