  • I'm only 21 and weigh 300. I'm working on losing my weight due to pcos. U r beautiful and good luck on your journey :)

  • @tiefire I feel your pain. I have pcos weight as well. Damn genetics and other biological garbage!

  • Keep being positive.... keep pushing... ur goal is SOOO worth it.... the more I look your videos the more I realize you look a lot like my mom use to.... bone structure, eyes.... voice is different... lol anyway she was 556 lbs at her max... because of this she had a tremendous amount of medical problems..... Thyroid cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney problems, and much much much more I could list....

  • @xXJHovXX she HAD to have surgery to remove infected skin... any way.... after the surgery she weighed 400 something lbs... she lost some before the surgery... she battle with weight and she different sicknesses... Till one day she was determine to loose it....she would exercise everyday with and without her nurse... she would go vegan for a week.. one time a month... before she died (she was 49.... I was 18) she was 230 lbs....

  • @xXJHovXX she was diagnosed with a new disease.... which killed her... Now that I've typed this much I can only imagine what she went through... I helped her for the time I was a child till before 3 months she passed... (she was in a hospital at that time).... I going to pray for you... and I hope that you FIGHT with everything you got....

  • @xXJHovXX Wow, I just got chills..wow..I'm so sorry that your mom had to die that way, my goodness! What's even more disturbing is that I'm headed down the same path, AND I resemble her! Whew! I'm a little scared right now to be honest, what if I lose all the weight and get down to 230 and it's too late? :(

  • @MrsBabyfat I didn't mean to scare you... I'M VERY SORRY FOR THAT... I've been told I can be abstract at times... My mom weighted till she was at her worst to give it EVERYTHING she had... but she showed me that we can always give/do more... my mom was sick as long as I can remember... and she was much older.... over 10 years I believe... she would only eat fruit (for when she wanted something sweet), only drink water, etc...

  • @xXJHovXX also... it took her years to lose 230 (about two years)... from her going back on her diet... but I also see it this way... it took years to put on that much weight as well... she had a long term plan... but for her it ended differently.... Ur doing much more than my mother did to loose weight... which is soo encouraging to me... Have you set a date when you will accomplish your goal???

  • @xXJHovXX my mom goal was to loose 4 lbs a week... just 4 lbs.... in a month she would loose 16 lbs a month... in a year i would have been 192 lbs.... it always work out that weigh with her.. she would loose 25 lbs some months but gain 30 the next (for going back on her diet most of the time... sometimes it was thyroid problems) anyway.... Again I didn't mean to scare you... I just want you to stay in courage and never give you... YOU CAN DO IT!!!! YOU CAN!!!! God Bless you :)

  • Keep up the good work, you are an inspiration. :)

  • You are doing great girl!! Bootcamp is the way to go. You keep yourself moving in a session for as long as you can! I have recently joined a Crossfit gym, and it is working wonders -so- quickly!! You should try out doing some crossfit workouts with a trainer at a crossfit gym, many have beginners' classes and they scale the workouts to your level whatever it is. I just completed that level and have lost lots of weight! At my gym there are a few ladies your size and they kick butt!

  • Im so excited for you!! Keep up the great job. Your an inspiration to me and I'm so thankful to see someone I can relate to. Keep it up :)

  • You will loose so much weight on that machine. I lost 70 pounds in 3 months getting on that machine everyday! You burn way more calories in 15 mins than an hour walking.

  • @burris06 how much did you weigh before? and how long did you do it for how many days?

  • @creamsodaistasty I weighed in at 310 when i started doing it. The max i did it for was 30 mins a day. I dont ever remember being on it any longer than that. I would say in the 3 months there may have been a couple of days that i didnt do it.

  • @burris06 wow, that's awesome! I want to lose at least 80. I don't ''need'' to do it in 3 months but I would like to lose it rather quickly. At least 2-3 pounds a week would be fine. How many calories were you taking in each day?

  • girl in the gym u reminded me of tony braxton
