@LloydETV Ventus and Roxas are 2 completely different people. Ventus' heart found its way into Sora when he destroyed the weapon (I forgot the name) and lost his heart, leaving him in a coma. However when Sora became a heartless his original heart was released and Ventus' heart remained in the empty shell. Which is why Roxas looks like Ventus and has feelings despite being a Nobody.

No you can't play in English version. You can only play in final mix which Is Japanese subtitles and English audio but u can't play final mix on American ps2 cause the jap discs have a region lock on it so you need the region unlock tool thingy to play it.final mix is like a bonus features of a game it have additional cutscenes more weapons deleted scenes and characters. And more fights. Hope this helped ya

@zachakajboy all Japanese import games have a region lock. therefore only a japanese ps2 can read them. or you can use a region unlock tool. I'm not naming the tools you're going to have to figure that part out yourself
It'll never happen, but I wish I wish square-enix would release a Kingdom Hearts HD collection with the Final Mix+ versions of the games. It would ease the pain of the ridiculously long wait we've had to endure for Kingdom Hearts 3. @accountnameism547 well you see in Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep at the end of ventus Story his heart goes to sora and merge with sora's heart wile ventus heart sleeps and that's why sora can use a Keyblade thanks to ventus and now like you said Roxas holds a Half of sora's power and the other half is ventus power that's why roxas can use Faith and Salvation Abilities but those are originaly from ventus. :)

@trunk102 i wasnt too big a fan. I liked the story and characters but I hated the gameplay. There was no boss flinching from regular attacks, a fatal flaw. That pretty much did it for me alone. Second, by the end of the game, it was all about spamming broken commands and it didn't feel like kingdom hearts. Third, shotlocks were overpowered as hell. I found the game easy and badly programmed, yet i still kinda liked it. IMO kingdom hearts 2 final mix is the best KH so far, hands down
no seriousl, ALL of this, is a game, if we play as roxas, he will be the strongest, if we play as aqua, she will be the strongest, hell if we play as donald, he/it could be the strongest >-> , in terms, skills pf the players is what matters, not some silly fan believing people (plus if you keep putting rude comments like that, you will look like a troll)

@Knosungen u can import it u can buy swapmagic on it and u dont have to install anything just put the disc in and when it says to remove swapmagic discs u put in ur game.

@Tan4500 you need a fucking life my friend. it's not called Final Mix because Square Enix picked it. It's called that because the game is a finalized version of a mix between English audio and Japanese subtitles. if the game was to be released in other parts of the world with Japanese audio instead of that country's audio gamers would bitch about it. and besides you can buy it imported and get a region unlock tool like I did.

Roxas actually can be better, but Square Enix can't just shove off their main character just like that duhh...personally I think Roxas is the better one, but for some APPARENT reason, he was not allowed to be..haha

@trunk102 well me personally i LOVED kh bbs. i was just a little bummed they didnt have more or sora riku and kairi. and i kinda want the spin offs and stuff to stop. i mean its getting so hard to keep track of making sense of stuff...

@trunk102 i wasnt too big a fan. I liked the story and characters but I hated the gameplay. There was no boss flinching from regular attacks, a fatal flaw. That pretty much did it for me alone. Second, by the end of the game, it was all about spamming broken commands and it didn't feel like kingdom hearts. Third, shotlocks were overpowered as hell. I found the game easy and badly programmed, yet i still kinda liked it. IMO kingdom hearts 2 final mix is the best KH so far, hands down

no seriousl, ALL of this, is a game, if we play as roxas, he will be the strongest, if we play as aqua, she will be the strongest, hell if we play as donald, he/it could be the strongest >-> , in terms, skills pf the players is what matters, not some silly fan believing people (plus if you keep putting rude comments like that, you will look like a troll)

@ilovekh2100 what is up with you, you dont need to post stupid rude replys to me, i also like roxas, but as you can see, he actually lost to sora, plus he is only 1 years old ( 15 in physical and stuf, but literally only 1 years old) do yuo hate aqua or something? i like roxas but im not crazy like you, realisticly this is just a game, their "Characters" who ever we play will be the strongest, if we play as aqua sora can lose easily and vice versa, its a game, the strongest is us the "players"
