Actually, now that I watched the whole clip ... This is a TV show ABOUT the Yamato using the documentary footage to reflect on the feelings of the guest panel.
It looks like the forst woman is the daughter of a survivor, then there is (I think) an actress saying, that all she knows about the Yamato, is from the cartoon "Space Battleship Yamato" ... Then The man, Leiji Matsumoto (Creator of the 1870's cartoon) is asked about the relationship Space Battleship Yamato to Yamato.
I work for the USS HORNET CVS 12 aircraft carrier museum in alameda ca , i would like to know where to get this video , I would like too add it to my history video collection, thanks

The Documentary is from TV Asahi, and titled: "Battleship Yamato - Honor under the sea."
It's available in DVD format from Amazon.co.jp
NOVA presented a version of this documentary titled: "Super Battleship Yamato" and can be found at Amazon or the Discovery Channel webshop.
