It was easier for me. After one of the United Liberty Paper missions, you got a helicopter, I flew it to Alderney, got hit with 6 stars, and just flew around LC for 5 minutes. Easy

This is not an easy way to get it. THe absolutely easiest way to get it is got to any safehouse, enter the increase wanted level cheat 6 times, and wait there for the 5 minutes. Guaranteed to work, saves you all this trouble.

i would have stayed in the hospital. then when the 5 mins is up and you get the achivement you can leave and go as fast as you can to your safehouse. (also for me after i got it i died i reloaded my save and i still had the achievement)

i actually did it a easier way with one island. find a 1. find a firetruck 2. hose down the cops that are garding the bridge closest to the airport. 3. make your way to the aiport 4. drive around the runways for the rest of the time. hint: the cops can't get you unless you are actually driving on the runwayz. it only words with good with a big truck. !!firetruck!! is the best.

VERY GOOD! but an easier one is getting on a boat when you don't have access to the bridges that connect dukes to algonken and bohan. so get in a fast boat and try to go one of those islands the 6 stars will appear right the way turn back and go away keep a look in the radar so you evade the upcoming police boats after the five minutes go under the briges between the islands so you lose the air sight and getting rid of the stars. or try bugzlll's way you can go for a snack.

Easiest method of 1-Man-Army & surviving: Start at Heli-Tours. Gain 4 stars. Jack chopper. Fly to Statue of Liberty Island. Land on Eastern Side. Sit at water's edge (close to the rubber speed boat). Gain 2 more stars by killing civilians. Wait until one of the choppers is positioned above water. Snipe out pilot. Kill surviving snipers in the water. Blow up remaining chopper. This prevents respawning. Wait 5 minutes. Fly Chopper close to your fav pay & spray. Jack car. Go into Pay & Spray. Done!

It's actually good for this scenario. I tossed a molotov into the entrence to the hall, and the AI is so stupid all the cops just kept running into the flames. Each one who got set on fire added fuel, so it took over five minutes for it to burn out, and killed a couple dozen cops.

I actually never looked at any of the other guides before making this, but I like this method because you can fight it out and win EASILY, plus riding the bike through the hospital is badass.

Agree on the bike. I remember on multiplayer when I couldn't find the entrence to a parking garage that an objective was hidden in, and I didn't want to lose my Sanchez, so I rode it up some steps through a side door.
