Tifa and Yuffie have the best reactions to her death... i didn't know about yuffie's till yesterday (i still play it in 2011 lol) and know i find her more cool ^^ Nanaki's reactions is good too

One of the saddest moments in video game history. I played this as a kid and it didn't get ruined for me. I experienced the shock and anger first hand. This was probably the only video game...with it's music and story line that could get under my skin in the best way possible.

I actually got Omnislash really early in the game and used it on this Jenova as well. It felt good.

yuffies reaction is by far the saddest, tifa #2 I can't imagine how it'll look on ps3 remake. Still tho Zacks has got everyone beat on saddest deaths.

I heard the original plan was to bring her back to life eventually but they took that out to bring more emotion to the story. And it was released the same time as princess diana's death, so it was fitting.

The fact that Aeris' new weapons become available later on in the game back up that theory I suppose.

The most moving thing about FFVII is the fact that Aerith's death (poor sweetie T_T ) is something unpredictable. As programmers wanted, it happens...suddenly. This gives to the game a more realistic feature than others, in my opinion.

...And isn't touching as well Tifa's and Yuffie's reaction? They must have been real friends, expecially Tifa.

I think more than one say CLOUD! Some say STOP. Cid says something like $*&% Head/Ass! Barret is something like "what are ya doin!?!? THis is just from memory though.

I can only imagine how many players (myself included) wanted to do exactly what happened in this vid... between the sorrow of losing Aeris, and the rage felt toward Sephy for doing the deed right in front of your eyes, an Omnislash just feels... perfect here.
