@42SweetSugar take him to vet , plus is the room temp middle ? if you take him on top of the cage , do they fly around the house ? btw , grey africans are very very sensitive ... just by yelling at them sometimes they could die . And their brain is compared with a 5 year old kid so its normal to act like kids . By the way , my parrots LOVE kitkat chocolates ... they LOVE it .. and hot Chile peppers are their favor it , makes them talk even more .
@ahmadtibrahim yea the temp is in the middle, we cut his wings so he cannot fly around the house because we have dogs and cats that might try to hurt him so we keep him safe. And everyone loves him even tho hes very loud lol but hes very cute (:
I had a african grey called charlie he was a complete nutty he had me where he wanted me bless him its true what they say that african greys do melt humans hearts charlie did RIP BABY. Ive got a blue fronted amanzon his a male ive never known a parrot can make you laugh like my bobby does his very affection it and hates my mum lol i be lost with out him
@conquest673 Blue fronted are goofy and very funny but they choose only ONE friend , same with grey african ... they are also very sensitive , it means you have to take care of them as your taking care of a 5 year old baby .
And as soonest they choose ONE friend they will hate every one else.. its very normal .. try to feed them with your hands , and they love fruits such as hot chile peppers , apple ..

Exactly what I think too. I have not bought my bird yet, but I'm looking around for information. I have a big cage already and others stuff, some plants must be removed and so on... I'll have a Africa Grey too... soooo cute! I just have anxiety that they live so damn long. Once I have it I don't ever want to give it away.

He is adorable, and yes he is displaying mating behavior. I have 2 greys and they do this too. If he hasnt done it already, he will regurgitate and try to feed you. This just means that he loves you alot. Too cute!!!:)
wow, people are very judgemental on this site. The man is happily showing of his parrot. Someone's always got to be a know it all expert. Your parrot is very beautiful and you should be very pround of him. People should not be allowed to comment on this site. All they do is argue and jump down eachothers throats.

yeh they take to one person dont they? mine has took to me, its great but can be a burden sometimes as it would be alot easier if other people could hold him and feed him but thanks for your comment. is a beauty like :D

well i have 2 comments ...
1- This is a female parrot ... you can tell from her eyes is egg shaped while male are fully circle eyed .
2- she is not crying ... she is very happy ..
females can be close friends with male owner's mostly and male parrot can be friendly with female owners.
how do i know these info..?? i have 3 parrot ... 1 male , 1 female gray african , 1 amazon blue fronted ...
