@Votapiedra but more muscle in a specific area burns fat faster than if it were fat, so if you target a specific area and work that area, you'll probably strengthen the muscles and fat wont built up there as easily.

Men tend to have skinnier legs but yes they will just make sure to use weights that make the last rep difficult.
