    I"m sorry but both girls look awesome! I wish I looked like that. It's looks good when you have wide shoulders, it makes your waist look smaller. As for the girl on the right, she doesn't have too much muscle.

  • oh oh oh i know something!! SPOT FAT REDUCTION DOESN'T WORK.. Losing fat boils down to three main life changes: 1- Nutrition 2- Weight training (even for women it is necessary) 3- Cardio Cardio Cardio.. Women have a hard time losing fat on the thighs because it is a female fat deposit location and ultimately it is going to be the hardest fat to lose even after training for a long time while for men it's more in the midsection.

  • @Votapiedra but more muscle in a specific area burns fat faster than if it were fat, so if you target a specific area and work that area, you'll probably strengthen the muscles and fat wont built up there as easily.

  • Have a look on Tamilee Webb's: "I want those...", she has all that in her program and I started seeing the results after a week. IT WORKS!

  • God damnit I hate the phrase "slim and tone". Eating less shitty food is the best way to "tone", better than any excercise. Burning calories through INTENSE cardio is second. HARD resistance training like squats will increase the musculature of the thighs, burning more calories. What they show here is weak resistance training that burns an insignificant amount of calories

    1. Eat better

    2. Cardio

    3. Heavy resistance training

    Anything else is wasting time.

  • Please, girls love it when guys check them out. That is why most of them work out so hard (other then health), and the reason they spend millions and millions on cosmetics each year. Also, i do not see whats wrong with checking out and looking at two beautiful women as these two ladies.

  • we don't work out to get checked out by guys, sure that's a small reason but its mostly for ourselves, everyone loves looking and feeling good

The MAIN reason (not small as you put it) for looking good is to attract attention from another person or party, and its especially important for women. Women spend magnitudes more on clothing and cosmetics than men, and common sense tells me its not just to feel and look good for themselves.

  • Men tend to have skinnier legs but yes they will just make sure to use weights that make the last rep difficult.

  • Not really ... I mean it does have effect on ur feet but not these are designed more for women that want to keep a fine,toned,streamlined aspect of the thighs.But if you really want to do those,follow Sarah's advice and use weights with those exercises

  • There are tons of options. I have a few butt exercises on my channel that you do entirely on your hands and knees if you don't want to squat down. We have a bunch on DietHealth as well like our sexy pilates workout side leg series.
