1. you must have a pc with 2 network cards, means 2 lan ports

2. you have to inform yourself how to secure your pc with VPN there are some programs for that which are free, but they are rare so inform yourself about VPN

3. then create a new NOT german gamertag, for example a swiss one

4. set your VPN and connect your xbox directly with your PC

5. buy them with your new gamertag
