Sanshou/wushu/sanda is fucking awesome! i would love to see Kudo Juku (Kyokushin Karate and Judo), Shootboxing ( Muay Thai and Judo), and Wushu (Kung Fu and Judo) come together somehow. Judo throws,trips, sweeps, and slams are som uch more exiting than double and single leg takedowns
It looks like sanda fighters have integrated the training experience of the olimpic martial arts. The kiks performed by some fighters seem to be taken from olimpic taekwondo. The art the distance is controlled plus timing work. Ex ., 0:26,1:48... Especially back side kicks as an outrunning counterattack is a taekwondo footprint. Ex: 0:38
