@Songsmirth You're right it all depends on where you live. I've used a parking meter that only gives you 4 minutes for 25 cents so I'm sure there's one that only gives 2 minutes. I doubt they did it for sympathy though. I also think parking should be mostly free though because we already pay taxes and it seems to mostly be going straight into politicians pockets or into social security.
