that CS6 is amazing and Im sure all les paul fans will buy this since it's superior than the gibson. but I wish you guys would do the explorer style. I can only imagine how much superior to gibson it would be. Nicer cutaways, maybe 24fret, not necesarly set neck but mayb neckthru. Basically a dream explorer the CE101 LOL hahah I can see it in my head

They make an Explorer model, it's called the V220. Look at their neck through guitars at carvin.com.

I've seen one or two DC400 guitars on the web, but I think they were custom build cause the neck had no inlays and it had a PRS like symmetric headstock, I was not able to find that combination on the carvin website, so I reckon it's a custom built. Any1 know how long would it take to build one of those?

@bergweg Carvin is primarily a custom shop. They build guitars to order and offer hundreds of options including different (or no)inlays, as well as headstock shapes. I just waited about 6 weeks for my first custom made Carvin. They are definitely worth the wait and the money.

What I like about Carvin is that they are very nice and affordable compared to Gibson,etc. They're the best.

So beautiful! I was thinking about a SC 90 but I'm a little iffy about the bridge on it. Does that model come with a string thru body with a fixed bridge? Something like a hipshot bridge.

@carvinguitars What size neck comes on your SH models! I think your CTs have a neck size that's comparable to a 60's style LP neck. Is the neck the same for the SH models as well?

What is the difference between medium-jumbo and jumbo frets? Do jumbo frets make bends easier? BTW, what's the difference between all the different fretboard radius' (10", 12" 14"...) Can someone please explain this stuff to me?

The smaller the radius, the more curved the fingerboard....the larger the radius, the flatter the fingerboard.

Actually Carvin makes almost all of their guitars in left handed models. The only limitation is you can't a lefty model with a Floyd. Also Carvin charges $0 extra to get a guitar in a lefty model.

Yea, i meant to say limited options. I love the tone and quality of Carvin guitars and im a big fan of the Floyd but none were offered for us lefties. I did notice a Wilkinson tremolo option though. Im not too familiar with these and I'm not sure if they are as good as the Floyd. Anyways thanks for replying.
