Imagine that you've broken your leg. Well, pain is just information that goes to the brain about it, so the ONLY purpose of pain is to HELP you realize that you are now in danger.
But what if your understanding of danger has become irrational and exaggerated? What if you perceive a broken knee as 10 times more dangerous than it actually is? Well, you will necessarily feel 10 times more pain.

When we talk about positive and negative we're not talking about subjective good and bad we're talking about an actual mechanical description of energy, that which is negative in that sense is that which segregates, separates, shall we say isolates, disconnects, forms experiences of disconnection, that which is positive forms experiences of integration, bonding, unification, oneness.

the fourth dimension is time, which is an allusion of physical reality. Technically speaking right now we are already in the fourth dimension , and moving at the speed of light.

Sorry Alexander, when talking about dimensions of existence and reality the fourth dimension of time is a human construct only inherit of third dimensional Earth, within the 'language' of physical science.

If my knowledge is correct there are 144 dimensions, 12 major dimension are separated by 12 minor dimensions and between each whole-note universe and between each subspace or over-tone universe there is nothing, no-thing, absolutely zip. Each of these spaces is called a void, and each time you pass from one dimension or overtone into the next, you pass through a void or blackness that's in between. It's like a wall you have to pass through to get to a higher octave.
