Played trough this series for the first time.

I had the ship fully upgraded and all team members loyal (only non-loyal was jack)

In the end no one died, neither the team members or crew member <3

Love that I'm a "must complete everything before advance"

When I used the omega 4 relay I had bought everything you can buy from all stores, EVERYTHING was upgraded (wep/armor/ship etc) <3 <3

@assassino547 before the final mission make sure you try and aquire every upgrade you can for the ship, including weapons and especially armour and shields, that way your team memebers wont die before you reach the station.

I think It was pure luck that none of the teammembers die during the suicide mission for me, sure I saved the games before the next part and replayed with new teams so no one died.

First time I did the suicide mission i was so damn nervous that I might have somehow missed an upgrade during this part. I didn't though and the second I actually touched down I had incredible relief going through me but then realized in horror that I had to pick again who does what. I chose Tali for the tech expert and Garrus for the fire team. I had no way of saving so I was on pins and needles the whole time. However all that labor of love and loyalty paid off in spades.

Everyone lived on mine. I had Kasumi for the vents. Garrus as the leader both times. Jack as my shield (and she was my bitch). Mordin escorted because honestly I didn't want him to die cause he's awesome but useless for the last mission. And I chose Jack and Kasumi for the last part. Kelly lived also. My first team was Tali and Grunt and well yeah they lived. Now ask me about my wiener.

If legion wasn't in ur squad he would have died instead of tali which even though hes a badass id pick tali over him all day every day.

Advice for suicide mission:(Do this and I promise no one dies) Do all loyalty missions, armour,shield, and weapon upgrade are required, make miranda/garrus second team leder both times, tali/legion as tech specialist, samara/Jack for biotic, send mordin back to the ship, and bring tali with u for the final fight cause she always died if i left her at the door.

@MABanatorx Technicaly wrong, since doing all loyalty missions ends up having the whole crew dead, Only the doctor to fill up all those empty seats in the ship, Best way is to get the loyalty of those who need it, Miranda/jacob, Jack ( coz she dies either way ), Legion / Tali for tech, Samara / Jack ( bio field ), also bring the doc with final battle coz he norm survives, by himself he dies and having grunt loyal gets him killed saving the doc ( thats what ive read )

@Mithrondly Nope I saved everyone and the crew. The trick is to do the loyalty missions (except Legion) BEFORE going to the dead reaper. Then once you get Legion on your crew you immediately do his loyalty mission. That way you can have them all done before the crew is captured so you can immediately follow them through the relay thus saving them all and keeping your entire team alive.

@skytop082 I'm just so glad I upgraded. It took me over an hour of going from planet to planet surveying to get enough platinum to upgrade. I made sure everything was in tip top shape. It's important to have multiple saves on this game for things just like this. I wish more of my crew survived but the only deaths I sustained were the Krogan, Jack, and Fade. Fade was already dying. The Krogan was a damn test tube baby, and Jack was just... Had no purpose in life really so... I'm good with that.

not sure if it still matters, but 1. successful loyalty missions = extra power for your squad = they are stronger and less likely to die. addendum - while on missions pick up everything you can, buy every armor/weapon upgrade you can find and don't forget to research them 2. upgrading the ship= no one dies en route. 3. choosing right people for the job = no one dies in the base. 4. max out Shepard's class power and choose option that gives 100% to renegade/paragon = perfect conflict solution

@FireRose77 and on the last part of the suicide mission, when you choose who doesnt stay at the door, take Tali and (if you have her,) Kasumi with you, they can't defend, so everyone else should survive if everyone is loyal. tali and kasumi should survive depending on if they are loyal and their abilities can help depending on what class you are.
