Solution is

1)open rockstar club that u opening on the video

2)u must put in gta 4 disc in disc rom

3)u must have lauchGtalV(crack)

4)open laughGTAlV and it will launch the game for u

p.s. in every pc magazine is written that you cant play gta4 on a nvidia geforce 9600gt and guess what i play the game with this card on full settings

For example, the 6200 can be a 512MB card but that doesn't make it suitable right?

If you watch my video, I'm running at High Textures, High Rendering quality and the rest at a pretty high configuration without stuttering at all and at very high fps.

2) All you need to run this is a decent rig.

the problem that Rockstar made was that their tech specs DIDN"T APPLY TO ALL OF THEIR AUDIENCE....for some of us who don't own the only two special video cards you need to play this game....i'm pretty frustrated i've wanted to play this game for ages now i can't.
