It's about two sisters. Their mom commits suicide right before dad re-marries. the older sister comes home after being away and is sure that their stepmother is abusing her younger sister, but her father won't listen to her. Then a ghost that seems to be the ghost of their mother starts showing up and terrorizing the stepmother, young daughter, and older daughter. Like the ghost is trying to tell them something. It then closes with a surprise ending! Well, two actully. It's a good film.

I actually clicked on this link to hear the song, but seeing as how we're chatting about the movie, I'll say this. I know this is blasphemous to even think, but I liked the American remake (The Uninvited) of this better. I mean this was a good movie and all, but when I'm watching a psychological thriller, I don't like to have to peel all of the layers of the onion in a foreign language.

paramorexd423: It's about two sisters who move into their stepmother's mansion. The stepmother is very cruel and locks the younger one in a dresser. The older one finds her, and rescues her, then confronts the stepmother.

At the end of the movie (the bloody fingers, and the best/worst part) the stepmother pulls the dresser down on the younger sister. The older one, unaware of this, leaves the house, unaware of her dying sister, screaming for her help.

That's just a rough description.

Absolutely wonderful film, despite it was so sad. I enjoyed the mistery of it and that true friendship of two sisters. It began as a mysterious story, later developing in some kind of horror film, and in the end when the secret was revealed it ended as a tragedy.

And this video is so well-made!5/5!
