A church near where I live has a tall set of front steps with a lot of rails. Skaters used to often come by and skate around, and hang out on those steps. The priest who ran the parish didn't want skaters, skating and hanging around at the front of the church, so he put up a sign that said "No Skateboarding".
when you deal with federal scam they lots of time asks that SSN. state cops ask for state ID to know who you are. federal dont have any other numbers to go by but SSN. they have no direct access to state database so they ask your SSN. i talk from my experience

Nice old police officer gave you a warning. Yes, at least these skateboarders had the sense to be more respectful, except for the really smart joker. Being on federal property is a crime. Usually these areas are off-bounds when the premises are closed. If you are caught on federal property the officer can arrest you, no matter what you are doing. Skateboarders must wake up and realize that if there are signs posted don't skateboard. If approached by cops be respectful and stop & be nice.

Nice old police officer gave you a warning. Yes, at least these skateboarders had the sense to be more respectful, except for the really smart joker. Being on federal property is a crime. Usually these areas are off-bounds when the premises are closed. If you are caught on federal property the officer can arrest you, no matter what you are doing. Skateboarders must wake up and realize that if there are signs posted don't skateboard. If approached by cops be respectful and stop & be nice.
