@idontmakevideosful try uninstalling the game and all its components then reninstall using all factory settings on the disc make sure it works before you download gamespy for nline play im pretty sure they still endorse the deer hunter series and if all works download it later.
Dude you should try "The Hunter" It's the most realistic hunting game made, and it's free to play. Dunno if your machine could run it, though. Just check it out.

In Finland it's illegal to kill female with calf. Or if you have the permit, you need to shoot the calf first but in the game THAT is illegal. In the video you could see the orphan calf getting up from water and walk toward me. It runs to the right after the shot.
