Every human comes in the world with his eyes closed.By the time he open's them, he recall's a dream.A dream, which he tries to make it true during his life.If he accomplishes it, he starts to feel "sleepy" again with a feeling of satisfaction and calmness. So keep dreaming to stay "awake" !!!! This is what comes in my head with this song !!
@RaveTonic i love jack sparrow but then last praite of the caribean was boring there was some battlesbut the first few minutes will scared the hell out of you
The awesome moment when you've been hearing a cool song for a long time and you discover a new music group only to find out that they were the song's original creators.
I've seaid this to myself a hundred times but the best thing religion has done for this planet is the music! I'm not Catholic but there are some extraordinary pieces!
@Linkasourous I do believe so. In 'Europa', there's the line: 'Our Saviour, fight evil, send armies to defend us.' Guess who 'our Saviour' would be =) And in 'Preliator', it's even more clear: 'Gloria in Ressurectum'. Which religion is known for the (almost extreme) belief in ressurection? As for 'Take me away', it says: 'Heaven hides nothing in its measure. Mortal men blinded by false treasure. Formless and vanquished we shall travel. Shield and faith will guide our battle.' And so on...
@JustFlemishMe Very interesting, and nice thought! I think it is a CHristian band to, becasue one of the songs is 'Diem Ex Dei. translated from Latin to English ,it is (i think) 'Days from God' and one of the lines is 'Umbra Crucis' i think, and that is 'in the shadow of the cross. As well as, Fides Die. 'Faith from God' I love christian songs!! I'm a JESUS FREAK
@Linkasourous Thank you! =) Well, I study Latin, and we seem to have a high educational level, so I'll go ahead and say: 'Diem ex Dei' is literally like 'The Day out of God' (so 'The Day granted by God'). Btw, it's very poor Latin =) Better: 'Dies ex Deo'. Anyway, I like their music and all, but remember: I put no stock in religion. By religion, I've seen the lunacy of fanatics being called the will of God. Holiness is in right action, and courage on behalf of those who cannot defend themselves.
@JustFlemishMe So are you saying that you are, or aren't a christian? If you are, then that is awesome. If not, then know Jesus. I'm sorry if this offends you in anyway, but I wasn't clear when you said, You put no stock in religon. etc.
@Linkasourous im a JESUS FREAK too. This music is the only true and real music in the world. Even Globus's new album, break from the world has many christian titles such as the promise, one truth, save me, and amazing grace!
@CommunistSpyware Are you Christian? If the answer is YES, then look at the Bible again and think; Christianism is about peace, about calm...motivation is not Christian at all.
@SuperMineMind right motivation is only in communism. where u keep your lazy ass at home waiting for the government to tell u what u should and u shouldn't do. Exactly.
@dadadude1 Wait a minute...let's put things clear. Are you Christian ______ (I'm Spanish and don't know what word you use to talk about those who go to the curch and, in general, get involved in their religion) and at the same time you hate Communism? Let's be nothing like the typical USA's red hater, let's think of Communism as it is theoretically and not as if it was like the USSR (I guess Marx wouldn't blame me for saying this: Marx would spit at the USSR).
@dadadude1 I know in the USSR as I know it (I haven't studied it a lot by my own, so I don't know many details) couldn't be any motivation. That's why I'm not Communist (at least, it's one of the reasons). I'm against the Monetary System, for example, and I support my "Ideal Society" with the theory of people working hard to make things better once they got out of the prison Monetary System is. Everytime I think of some problem, money pops up and I see it as the major problem.
@dadadude1 To sum up, let's just say that if you are a true Christian you'll totally support a non-Monetary System. Otherwise, you are just a Church's pawn :( I'm not insulting you; in fact, who would feel worse here if you were a Church's pawn it's me.
You should read Thomas Aquinas on money. Here's a select quote: "all things that are exchanged must somehow be comparable. It is for this end that money has been introduced, and it becomes in a sense an intermediate; for it measures all things."
Money is nothing but a unit of calculation enabling rational economic activity. Even if you abolish money, an equivalent will arise through market activity unless you employ totalitarian measures to supress it.
@Veerwhil I love the concept in money...centuries ago. But now that we have more than enough technology to build factories that would produce all needs for everyone is not only absurd, but -emotionally thinking now- a great offence to all the people that doesn't have what they want: it's an offende to everyone. I use the verb "want" since there are just a few true needs -to live, which is the concept commonly meant by "need"- , ... [continues]
@Veerwhil ...understanding that if everyone had what they wanted -following a few basic rules to prevent people from hurting one each other's main rights- they would be happy. E.g. you may not need to carry out a project but you may need it to be happy.
@Veerwhil Since MONEY incredibly LIMITS people's actions, it prevents them from being happy, in a big measure at least. I won't talk about neurology right now, let's just see how money acts.
So, that's it, money may be VERY USEFUL to let people learn how to live in a collective, but it also is a BIG TROUBLE when a certain technology level is reached by the society. We should have in mind that maybe the biggest reason why money is bad right now is because of CORPORATIONS acting like...
@SuperMineMind but you can train monkeys to write. Your argument is invalid. Also i believe in my own religion, wich is not christianity, altough i do believe in a superior deity and i call it god ..
@CommunistSpyware Sorry, I got completely lost with all the comments I'm repplying lately. How did monkeys get into the discussion and which is my invalid argument? Also, can you please tell me about your religion if that could help us in our discussion?
@SuperMineMind Yes we do have enough factorys to provide for peoples needs, however who would you get to work in those factories? Who would grow the food? Who would transport the resources? If you abandon the idea of money and provide for everyone equally then you will find that there will be a great many people who would not contribute in any way to the progress of society. What you are describing is a utopia, nice in theory but would never work in reality.
@moctuzuma You are mixing the effect environment of the present society has in people with the society I'd like. Anyway, it's pretty funny in 2012 you talk about people working in factories hahahaha. Even if the present society didn't make the effort of putting machines in people's work place, I'm talking about a coherent one, with no money to make the path narrow as it is today.
@SuperMineMind Of course people work in factories in 2012. What did you think they were completely and fully automated? Who did you think repairs the machinary? Who runs the quality control checks? who tells the machinary what to create?
Anyway i assume that your reply means that you know your ideal society could not exist today due to our history, if so, then what is the point in arguing about it? Do not complain about things you have no power to change...
@SuperMineMind Also in reference to your earlier comments about motivation is not Christian. I'm going to call Bull on that one, you don't really know what your talking about since one of the primary teachings of christianity is spreading the gospel. Jesus sent his disciples out into the world in pairs so they can spread the good news, if that isn't an example of motivation in christian teachings then i don't know what is.
Aren't Immediate Music and Globus two seperate artists (I mean, well, Immediate Music makes soundtracks)?
Does Globus like to add lyrics to Immediate Music's songs or something?
I'm so confused
to me see I just know these songs by Immediate Music (LOOOOOVE THEM), and then all of I sudden I find an artist called Globus that has added lyrics to a couple of their songs (so far I only found two, I would assume there are more). So.. anybody help me out? ahh
@desdragona Globus is the commercial name of a mix of producers, musicians and vocalists from the prominent movie trailer music production company Immediate Music.
@emorekinner it gets a little tiresome seeing that shit on every video, all the thumb whores get to me a bit since before them, people just discussed the video, its like those repetative trends of facebook groups, it just makes you sigh and go 'great, another one.'
At the Jamboree with round about 39.000 People from more than 150 difficult lands, there was sometimes played this song, but just short parts... And if i heared it the first time at the Jamboree it was sooo great for me!
Globus should be the worlds most renowned contractor on creating movie soundtracks. I wish that 98% of the movies I have watched has Globus to make their soundtrack
Googled the lyrics, found out that "Crusaders of the Light sounds like its got liturgical text, but its actually gibberish lyrics that were born out of syllabical urges which were penned about half an hour before the choir was scheduled to record!"
lei por ahi que no tiene letra en realidad, que es todo como una "mezcla de silabas" y cosas asi, no le quita lo epico igual jajaja xD pero por las dudas fijate bien :)
AS i split my drink on the floor during this song i did not rage as i would instead i said no theres more to something after cleaning up the mess and as i sat down i see a masters painting. No rage just peace but i am also strong.

this is let me think about the crusaders...
Templar riders

Googled the lyrics, found out that "Crusaders of the Light sounds like its got liturgical text, but its actually gibberish lyrics that were born out of syllabical urges which were penned about half an hour before the choir was scheduled to record!"
:O
