Chinese army looks good with good numbers and it can give a tough time to any army but PLAAF, oh man, It looks really outdated except su30 MKKs bought off the shelf from Russia. Everything else is either cheap copies of western or European samples with outdated radars and avionics. Even Russian air force cannot be compared with the USAF.

Numbers can win on the ground but technology rules as far as air force in concerned.
