@HoGzMaRiNe I'm not sure...You would have to really build it up because it wouldn't be as pigmented. For the black you can also use a liquid/gel eyeliner. :)
@PiNkGiRl4421 definantly not the one I purchased. It was too runny. I'm not too sure if a thicker one would work as a base or not. I don't know if I would use it because it tends to be sorta oily and I think it may have the opposite affect on your eyeshadow, making it slip off. I'm not sure though if you try it let me know how it works out for ya! ♥
actually better yet um since halloween makeup tends to be creamy and gooky like if you use your fingers to put it on it looks way less messy cause it picks up brush lines really easily if you use a brush for it which then makes it look messy but you have a good look just a little messy of a look is all sorry do a lot of halloween makeup every year just passing on what i learned
@johnskitty1 Thanks so much for the advice! I've never used costume makeup in a tutorial before so I do need the practice. :) I did start blending the white with my fingers later in the video, I'm not sure if I edited that out or not. I really did not like the brand of costume makeup it was super runny and not very pigmented. It was really hard to work with. I think I am going to look for a richer one for the future! :)
@kristielynn25 oh yeah it was edited out. but regular makeup works better so save your money and get that instead lol just get a white base though and use baby powder on it. and your welcome.,,
@neonm402 just film you getting ready (i mean obviosly not getting naked or anything but just film how you made the costume like that and i am sure it will great and i would love to see how you become a crayon lol that sounds interesting.

Do you think that if you buy the cream halloween makeup and you have leftovers you could use the colors as eyeshaddow bases? please respond;

white blends better if you use your hands instead of a brush if you use a brush it gets streaky and what not just a tip...
