I'd imagine you drink it the same way you drink an irish carbomb, however I agree I didn't learn to make a flaming dr. pepper this way either. We used to pour the 151 directly on top of the beer and light it there, because it has the the highest in alcohol content of all the liquids in there, it floats on the top of the drink. Making it this way you can actually throw it back still flaming without worrying about hitting yourself in the face with a flaming shotglass.
