Phil DOES sound like chipmunk here, I agree. If you don't agree, please hear original old video, or other concerts. I guess there must have been incorrect setup of voice effect or just low frequencies are cut by compression in video. I even checked the tonation (thought Genesis played it higher this time, but not). This disturbs receiving of this GREAT SONG indeed! Watch original video "no son of mine" and compare how does younger Collins sound like.

Phil was an awesome singer in the past,but like so many epic singers who push their voices to the limits time and time again it actually damages all of the muscles and the vocal cords to the point that they have to change their delivery to be able to even come close to their old selves. Sad but true,but oddly here he has raised the pitch rather than the norm in that situation of lowering it. Almost sounds like he has had some serious sinus damage or something. Odd indeed.
