If you simmer it for one hour, you shouldn't put the parsley in there so early, no? Put it in after it's done simmering for an hour and THEN put in the fresh parsley
Ground turkey doesn't have a lot of fat or filler that becomes grease like ground beef or ground pork does. The fat content is a lot lower so you have to use an oil to cook with.

Turkey Bolognese????????????im italian!!! please bolognese with turkey, parsley and BIG pieces of onion...and i see some milk???this is blasphemy for italian people!!!!!!!!
the real bolognese it like that:
oil and onion before ...lil pieces of onion...just lil bit fried and after meat but beef or pork!!!! no turkey!! and when the meat its ready spray with red wine or white ....wait 2 min and put tomato souce....just cook slow for much hours. please not destroyed the italian food!!!
And a glass chopping board too! Unbelievable... I think it should be illegal to make, supply or sell those things. You could have the best knife in the world - after you've chopped an onion onto a glass board, you may as well be using a canoe paddle.
Cooking while traveling is hard... and I spent the last 3 days in a hotel apartment and yes, minimal equipment as always. That's why I travel with essential herbs/spices in a container and also take a favorite knife and sharpener. Doesn't take up much room and makes your stay soooo much easier! Great recipe by the way... keep up the great vids... :)
Sometimes we take for granted what we have back home. I had to chop some store bought hotdog with my aunts knife, it was like trying to cut some lumber with a knife.
i try to use turkey mince often, i had no idea that it had to be cooked for an hour, makes sence as my turkey bolognese is always a bit chewy and thanks for that milk tip too!
Can't wait to try this one! Anyway, that stuff on the pan? That's probably our unfiltered tap water, which you may have noticed tastes remarkably like blood. It leaves those scabby spots on everything. >:(
i hate thissssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
Hey Chef John! Thanks for another great video. Im trying it tonight! Visit Phoenix, its a great city with great eats. Particularly, an Italian restaurant called Manhattan Pizza on 7th Street- Awesome homemade food.
Oh soooooo true. Rented accommodation always seems to have the worse knives...dull and dangerous. My wife and i have decided that at least when we are traveling by car, we are going to put together a travel kit, with a couple of decent knives and a good skillet and a good pan.
this is perfect for a broke-post-undergraduate-that's-out-in-the-real-world-for-the-first-time kinda guy like me.
Cheap & easy to get ingredients at any local supermarket. I really loved this one.
Please make post more recipes with this exact same theme. It has helped me out tremendously, not to mention a lower number on my grocery receipts as well as helping me keep a healthier diet instead of munching on those hungry-man and hotpockets.
hey, i use milk too as one of my secret ingredients! he mentioned the tenderising and thats exactly what it does, add a spash of milk to recipes like meatballs and meatloaf or any mince that may dry out i guess. works a treat.

Isn't that a LOT of oil, especially for a nonstick pan?

ER...I wouldn't use that much oil...seriously. You can cook healthier by using a little oil and using broth to give it flavour.

Bolganese often times has cream in it rather than he milk. Makes it a pink type sause rather than just a red. Any Bolganese receipe includes it.
